“I’m writing this review while I’m currently staying at four seasons Doha this fantastic hotel, i can say The best Hotel in Qatar. The Rooms arespacious super clean and really delight to stay in. Beaches & swimming pools are amazing and really beautiful Restaurants and services in the hotel are great. The staff are wonderful every single one from valet parking to reception to room service they are so helpful and really nice.”

“I've stayed for 2 nights (special occasion). The suite was really nice and cozy. Staff generally were friendly. However, the second day I've went to elements restaurant for breakfast. There was no one to serve, and we had to look for someone to assist us. One waitress ignored us completely and didn't say a word while we were asking for a table. After we found one lady, she told us they're full and directed us to the bar tables ( we were a family ), good thing a family left their table and we took it. She asked us to wait on the table as they will clean it. We waited for 15 minutes and nobody came, all staff were busy with other tables. I've called someone while he was passing by and asked him to clean it, after he did, there were no new forks or spoons, so I had to call someone else to get them. Later on, I had to tell the waiter what we wanted to drink (unlike the first day, all staff at elements restaurant were attentive and friendly). I have complained to the receptionist while checking out and she told me that she will escalade the problem to the management and they will contact me, which they didn't yet (It has been a week).”
