La habitación era muy bonita, teníamos los 2 dormitorios, con 2 baños. Los asistentes de recepción fueron muy amables y serviciales. Debido a Covid, tenía que hacer reservas para la piscina, pero había muchos horarios disponibles.

Quarto era muito bom, tivemos o 2 br, com 2 banheiros. Os atendentes da recepção foram muito simpáticos e prestativos. Por causa da Covid você tinha que fazer reservas para a piscina, mas havia muitos horários disponíveis.

Room was very nice, we had the 2 br, with 2 bathrooms. Front desk attendants were very friendly and helpful. Because of Covid you had to make reservations for the pool, but there was plenty of available times.

Reservei online, o que foi super rápido e fácil com a ajuda do chat ao vivo ... no dia seguinte fiquei meio cético depois de ler alguns comentários ... mas quando cheguei lá, tudo estava à vontade ... Minha suíte era muito limpa e espaçosa ... tinha todos os eletrodomésticos e utensílios que era necessário .. amei as iluminações no espelho tornou mais fácil fazer a minha maquiagem ... cama super macios travesseiros macios lençóis extras e cobertores .. e ainda por cima atendimento ao cliente muito agradável e acolhedor. .. eles têm mudanças para a Covid, mas eu garanto a vocês que nada perderia .. Ainda tive um tempo maravilhoso .. Eu definitivamente reservaria novamente ... Thanku

Booked online which was super quick and easy with the help of live chat..the next day was kinda sceptical after reading some reviews...but once I got there all was at ease..My suite was very clean and spacious..had all the appliances and utensils that was needed..loved the lightings on the mirror made it easy breezy to do my makeup...bed super soft fluffy pillows extra sheets and blankets..and to top it off customer service very pleasant and welcoming...they do have changes do to Covid but I assure you not anything you would miss..Still had a wonderful time..I would most definitely book again...Thanku

We were just here last week. The first room we walked into there was a dead WASP in the kitchen and another flying around in the room. Immediately called the front desk and we were moved. Next room was clear until we woke up the next morning with a huge wasp flying around! Had to be moved again. With 3 kids and my 79 year old mom it was very inconvenient. 3rd room no wasps bathtub didn’t drain right. Outside of the hotel you can see the wasp nests all around the 3rd floor. After all this we were only offered Hilton Honors points. Won’t be staying here again.

Be very careful staying here, during our stay the drains were blocked which made the entire building smell like a sewer. Those blocked drains then backed up causing the dirty water to come up through the drain in the sink flooding part of the hotel room. We had to pack our bags wading through an inch of dirty water on the floor to move to another room. My hats off to the poor girl working the front desk as she tried her best to help us but alas she was no plumber and also the only employee in the building for the weekend. She's the only reason this is not a 1 star rating. And to round out an extraordinary staycation, the front door was broken and jammed shut when we came to check out so we had to leave by a fire exit in the back of the building.

Love this hotel. So clean and the room we had was more then perfect. We had the 2 bedroom suite. I believe it was Stefanie that was working Saturday night. She was such a pleasure to deal with, just made our stay perfect. Great quiet safe location.

¡Un hogar cuando no estás en casa! Debido a la remodelación de nuestra casa, tuvimos que quedarnos unos días en un hotel cercano. Primero nos hospedamos en las suites confort y tuvimos una experiencia muy desagradable, por lo que cancelamos el resto de nuestras reservaciones y nos mudamos a las suites Homewood. Qué gran ubicación en Bay Area Blvd / Old Galveston Road. Un gran ambiente agradable y acogedor. El personal es muy agradable y profesional. Se toman su tiempo para ayudarte y responder a tus preguntas. Piscina al aire libre, cuarto de lavado, desayuno buffet y una habitación que incluye una cocina totalmente equipada. ¿Qué más se puede pedir en un hotel?

Uma casa quando você não está em casa! Devido à remodelação de nossa casa, tivemos que ficar alguns dias em um hotel próximo. Ficamos primeiro nas suítes comfort e tivemos uma experiência muito desagradável, então cancelamos o resto de nossas reservas e mudamos para as homewood suites. O que é uma ótima localização na Bay Area blvd / old Galveston road. Uma excelente atmosfera amigável e acolhedora. Os funcionários são muito simpáticos e profissionais. Eles dedicam seu tempo para ajudá-lo e responder às suas perguntas. Piscina exterior, lavandaria, buffet de pequeno-almoço e uma sala que inclui cozinha totalmente equipada! O que você poderia pedir mais em um hotel?

A home when you are not home! Due to remolding in our house, we had to stay few days at a hotel close by. We stayed first at comfort suites, and we had a very unpleasant experience, so we cancelled the rest of our reservations, and moved to homewood suites. What a great location at Bay Area blvd/ old Galveston road. A great friendly and welcoming atmosphere. Staff are very nice and professional. They take their time to help you out and answer your questions. Outdoor swimming pool, laundry room, buffet breakfast, and a room that includes a full equipped kitchen! What you could ask for more in a hotel?
