Hotel muito bom, meu apartamento tinha 1° andar com sala, cozinha e banheiro grande . 2°andar dois quartos e um banheiro com jacuzzi. Obs faltou um poltrona no quarto.

Cozinha incompleta é a única coisa que incomoda. Também não nos informaram de quão pequeno era o quarto para 6, já que o sofá cama conta como espaço para 2 pessoas. Mas é confortável e o staff é muito prestativo, não tivemos problemas

Lugar fraco, ligamos a máquina de lavar e começou a subir água pela pia da cozinha, quase inundou tudo.Weak place, we turned on the washing machine and started to pour water through the kitchen sink, almost flooded everything.

Hotel muito bem localizado, próximos a comércios e supermercados. Fica a 15 minutos da Disney. Ótima estrutura de cozinha e área de serviço. As janelas não abrem, pois são travadas pra segurança e os quartos possuem tapetes.

Ótima estrutura e atendimento. Os apartamentos são bem equipados e espaçosos. O banheiro precisa de uma modernizada, mas funciona tudo certinho.

Precisando muito de manutenção. Não tem elevador. Estado geral não está maravilhoso. Prefiro bastante outros resorts. Aumentei uma estrela por causa da resposta. Vou dar um crédito.

Ficamos 16 dias, atendimento perfeito, local ofereceu tudo que necessitamos. Apto perfeito, tudo muito limpo, aconchegante, muito espaço, lavanderia perfeita! Piscina, quadra e academia! Excelente! Localização muito boa, perto de supermercados, lojas! Ótimo para quem deseja correr 😃! Agradeço muito o atendimento. Voltaremos em 2020, com certeza!

Pros: Pool was great, open late and well heated, felt like a hot spring. Hot tub was huge and great, plenty of room even with other guest in it. Location was nice being so close to restaurants and such. Bar and restaurant on site open late. Huge shower, in our mini suite. Looks nice at first glance. Cons: *We had a mini suite for a family of 3* entry door didn't open all the way, hallway wall stopped it about halfway. Had to come in towards bedroom, close the door and then you could go into the living room area. It was awkward and strange. The floors felt gross walking barefooted, almost sticky. They barely supply the essentials, the toilet paper is almost less than one ply. The paper towels were like drying your hands with tissues, the tissues were thicker than both. Soap pumps in the shower didn't make me feel very clean. None of the living room furniture matched, and the couch was a very rough gross material from what felt like the 80s. Now I could really over look all of this stuff honestly Because it is what it is... But the BEDS!!! The beds were the worst I've ever stayed in! The springs were so wore out both fulls sank in the middle and you could hardly even think about sitting on it without it making the loudest of noises.

Não recomendo este local. Mobiliário velho, limpeza ruim, encontramos barata nos armários da cozinha. No primeiro quarto que fomos encaminhados havia um ambiente com um homem desconhecido. O que motivou a troca de apartamento. Uma pena para o padrão RCI.

I’m currently in the facility because our trip was extended and the Sheraton had no room available for the duration.I gave it 2 stars only because it has a kitchen, washer and dryer and 2 rooms lol. They provided a few packets of laundry detergent, dishwasher pods, a sponge and soap which I applaud since most places have you call and ask for most of that or even have you pay. They also have great TV channels.It’s disgusting here. If you walk on the floor with no socks or shoes, your feet are black which means the floors aren’t washed each stay.There are rips in the couches, stains on the window curtains, the floors are sticky in some areas, and very noticeable dust chunks on the bedside lamps.The pictures of the place look a lot nicer than they are. I’m sure the people who work here work very hard and since COVID they’ve been overworked and not compensated well for all the extra.I hate to write bad reviews but I hope this could reach someone there so these very fixable issues are solved.

Great check in. Changed us to 1st floor from 2nd. No elevator. Pool behind lobby is heated and hot tub, hot. Room is really nice. King Bed and bathroom is great. Has 2 person Grecian tub. . Does need new couch and skillet but rest is really comfortable. 4

Siempre las propinas que dejan los huéspedes se la roban los inspectores y hosman nunca se las dejan a las que realmente hacen el trabajo duro de limpieza que son las Hoskepeer que lastima que esta compañia permitan algo asi muy triste

Este resort esta bien cuidado en su forma estructural, mas no en su forma interna, explico, las habitaciones requieren con URGENCIA, una remodelacion, los colchones estan vencido, asi como, los sofa cama y las sillas del comerdor, los baños se quedaron en los años 70 , esto es urgente, al igual que el sistema del aire acondicionado y los televisores,adicio al deberian estudiar la posibilidad de la iluminacion de las habitaciones tantos las A y las B, en descarga de este Resort puedo decir que la atencion de su personal es EXCELENTE, hacen la diferencia y minimizan de alguna forma las carencia de inversion en el complejo, anexo fotos que respaldan lo dicho aqui . Gracias

Did not love that I had to cross a major four-lane road just to get to my room. No crosswalk, no sidewalk, no signal, just me hauling my luggage to a grassy median and hoping that I didn't get hit. Pool area was nice and well kept and the rooms were clean though very sparse and a bit dated. Very thin walls--ibcoukdnhear everything going on in the adjoining room. AC worked marginally well. Good access to theme parks and area attractions. Uber found the place with no issues.

The all the staff was super friendly and helpful, from the check-in to the housekeeping, always saying hello and asking if they may be of any help. The pool and spa are heated so you may use them year round. The grounds is in very nice condition, however the room has a few flaws. First the bar that holds the towels was bent or broken so that when a towel was taken off of the bar fell off, thankfully no one was injured. Second thing is the water pressure is practically non-existent when wanting to have warm water. But overall I would recommend going there if those issues are taken care of.

Nice place, but avoid the bottom floor units if possible. Low cramped ceilings and gross damp feeling inside. Like sleeping in a wet dungeon. Humidity was over 71 percent and wouldn’t cool any lower then 70 degrees. They switched me to a top unit and humidity was much better at 46 percent with night high ceilings. And currently typing this sleeping at a comfortable 68 degrees. Bottom unit 1 star top unit 5 stars.

I own here and I must say the rooms could be cleaner. No problem checking in, was very quick and check in people were very friendly and helpful. Pool areas were clean with things to do in the afternoon. Only issue we had was the only day someone was in our room my son's wallet disappeared. I suggest locking your valuables in your car if you leave your room, take them with you. Prices were reasonable.

Es un hotel un poco viejo pero muy limpio, tiene todos los servicios, estufa, lavadora, etc si lo recomiendo fue muy cómoda la estancia y no tuvimos ninguna molestia

So far so good, we're on night three of a thirteen night stay... Check in was super smooth, it really didn't feel like I checked in. My room had an issue with the door lock. It turned out to be a much larger issue than we all thought! So they gave me a different room..... Let's just say I'm really happy at this point with the room and the personnel that work here! As is my family! It's a tad more than I wanted to spend, but it was a much needed change. Thank you God for making this available for us. And thank you to the desk clerk for listening to God,!!!

Simplemente excelente, las habitaciones aunque más bien son departamentos son cómodos espaciosas limpias y tiene lo más básico para poder cocinar [casuela, licuafora, cafetera cucharas, platos, vasos]. El personal es muy atento y siempre están dispuestos a ayudar de buena manera.Las áreas comunes están bien cuidadas las albercas, los jardines.
