Great Location.Wonderful Front Desk Staff.Breakfast staff very attentive.Only issue was the room rug desperately in need of cleaning; the bottom of my white slippers were black by the time we left after 2 nights.

O hotel é bonito e parece limpo por dentro. Ele também está convenientemente localizado para muitos restaurantes, bares e lojas a uma curta distância. Pior experiência de hotel que eu já tive. Os quartos nunca foram bem limpos. A mulher que nos registrou teve uma atitude. O resto da equipe foi bom. O café da manhã estava ok. Nós apreciamos um monte de Savannah e voltaremos apenas não a este hotel.

The hotel is pretty and appears clean inside. It is also conveniently located to many restaurants, bars and shopping in walking distance. The down side is that you request masks for customers, which most did not wear, and your employees when riding elevators with us did not have them on either. If you do not require them, do not have signs job that state you do. Your$39 for valet parking is a joke as well. Our car was parked up top in the driveway wedged between trucks and we were asked if we wanted them to get it out or us. We ended up doing it as we did not want them to damage the car. Never did they offer to move the trucks it was tightly parked between. Your offer of bar service is also not good. On a Saturday night, one would expectit to be open. We we informed we could go to the sister hotel in another part of town for their bar. First of all, we chose to stay here in a safer part of town as well as it was raining sideways outside. Why would we go there? You had a packed hotel from a marathon in town and no one to operate the bar?

Worst hotel experience i have ever had. The rooms where never cleaned well. The woman who checked us in had an attitude. The rest of staff was nice. The breakfast was ok. We enjoyed Savannah alot and we will be back just not to this hotel.

Rarely do I have to leave a bad review.. Had a terrible experience here. They were not customer friendly. They have had a lotof policy changes post covid, but have not changed their public hotel details to reflect those changes.Call them do not rely on expedia or other travel to give you accurate details on a possible stay.

A recepção foi amigável e acolhedora. Bom serviço na área de café da manhã, mas poderia usar um pouco de limpeza entre os clientes. A vista do telhado é agradável se o tempo permitir. Nice quartos limpos e relativamente limpos para os padrões do hotel. O estacionamento é caro, gostaria de sugerir o estacionamento da cidade em frente como um valor muito melhor. muito central para River Street, o City Market e dezenas de restaurantes. Se você gosta de italiano, Bella está a apenas alguns quarteirões de distância. Churrasco e cervejas também é um ótimo lugar para churrasco no centro por um preço acessível.

Quarto era lindo! A localização é a melhor! O serviço de manobrista é a chave para uma ótima estadia. Eles não estacionaram nosso carro, mas as sugestões, informações e simpatia incrível que eles forneceram desde a recepção não é útil ou amigável em tudo. Sempre culpo as cadeiras. Sempre que há cadeiras na mesa e a equipe não é obrigada a se levantar ao lidar com o hóspede, isso muda o jogo. Pode ser que estejam cansados e sobrecarregados. Foi uma época agitada. Parabéns ao departamento de limpeza, que trabalha duro e com poucos funcionários. Basta lembrar todos aqueles adesivos que Hilton agora exige é suficiente, mas a limpeza do nosso quarto era incrível. Algumas toalhas estavam faltando, mas eles estavam trabalhando muito para que todos os quartos fossem limpos em tempo hábil. Definitivamente vou voltar a este hotel. Piscina na cobertura, localização suprema, MELHORES travesseiros! Eu amei!

Front desk was friendly and welcoming. Good service of the breakfast area but could use some cleaning between customers. View from the roof is nice if the weather allows it. Nice clean rooms and kept relatively clean for hotel standards. Parking is expensive, i would suggest the city parking lot across the street as a much better value. very central to River Street, the City Market, and dozens of restaurants. If you like Italian, Bella is just a few blocks away. BBQ and brews is also a great place for BBQ downtown for a value price.

Room was beautiful! Location is the best! The valet service is the key to a great stay. They didn't park our car, but the suggestions, information, and amazing friendliness they provided since the front desk is not helpful or friendly at all. I always blame the chairs. Anytime there are chairs at the desk and the staff isn't required to stand up when dealing with guest, it changes the game. It could be they are tired and over worked. It was a busy time. Kudos to the understaffed, hard working housekeeping department. Just remembering all of those stickers Hilton now requires is enough but the cleanliness of our room was incredible. Some towels were missing but they were working so hard to get all of the rooms done in a timely fashion. I will definitely return to this hotel. Rooftop pool, Supreme location, BEST pillows! I loved it!

Meu lugar favorito para ficar em Savannah. Amo cada Hampton Inn em que eu fiquei, mas este é o meu favorito. Sempre limpo e bem conservado. Funcionários simpáticos e prestativos. Localização perfeita no meio da histórica Savannah. Tudo está a uma curta distância e se você não quiser andar, pode pegar o bonde DOT gratuito a um quarteirão de distância.

A instalação era muito limpa e a equipe foi amigável. A localização era ótima. A razão para a classificação de três estrelas é a cama. A cama era como dormir em uma tábua. Os travesseiros também eram muito genéricos. Hampton Inns costumava ter as camas e travesseiros mais confortáveis. Infelizmente isso não existe mais. Por mais de $ 300 por noite, espero uma cama muito confortável e travesseiros de topo.

My favorite place to stay in Savannah.Love every Hampton Inn I've stayed in but this one is my favorite.Always clean well maintained.Friendly and helpful staff.Perfect location in the middle of historic Savannah.Everything is within walking distance and if you don't feel like walking you can catch the free DOT trolley one block over.

The facility was very clean and the staff was friendly. The location was great. The reason for the three star rating is the bed. The bed was like sleeping on a board. The pillows were also very generic. Hampton Inns used to have the most comfortable beds and pillows. Sadly that is no more. For over $300 a night I expect a very comfortable bed and top shelf pillows.

Best experience ever! Right in the heart of downtown savannah we were able to walk everywhere! Next time we come we will not get a rental car because we didn't need it. The staff were super friendly and the concierge was a godsend!!! The rooftop pool was awesome as well!

Habitación muy bien, así como el desayuno, sólo que hubo problemas al pagar ya que están acostumbrados a deslizar las tarjetas solamente y por la seguridad en México no pasan sólo así ya que se requiere insertar el chip para firmarlo en la terminal y pues que no pasaba y estaban necios en eso hasta que después de hablar con un encargado que se portó rudo y grosero lo intentamos por 6a vez le pedimos insertar el chip aunque se negaba sólo así pasó el pago

The hotel is beautiful on the outside and inside. Outside looked like historic and inside was clean and appealing. The staff was great, very kind and accommodating. The free breakfast was nice, had a good selection of food. The room layout was a disappointment. The bed was in the corner of the room right next to a large built in wall closet, so it felt very cramped. There was also only one nightstand on the left side. I was confused why there was only one nightstand, and there was only one outlet on the nightstand, so the person on the left out of luck. The water pressure was also very weak.
