We stayed here after a day long trip at Hershey. The location is not too far from the park and is well kept even while it is going through a major renovation. The front desk staff was very helpful throughout in getting us a room close to our friends’, and extending us for a late checkout. The beds were flawless, super comfortable. The restaurant manager AJ was awesome, he delivered food to our room going above and beyond even after the restaurant cut off for delivery time was over. We will consider staying here again next time we are in the area.

Was there for a conference and the interior of the hotel was better than I expected, and made for a good conference experience. Wait staff worked hard, were efficient, and the hotel's restaurant serves great burgers. The room was just "ok", though not very clean. Hair in shower, one trash can with no liner, and filthy tv remote.

I did not stay here. I attended a business meeting in the conference center located in the rear of the first floor. It's a very clean site. The rooms can be separated into 5 or 6 smaller rooms or one large one. Our event was catered by the hotel. They kept everything full and hot, beverages were always available throughout the entire event. The staff was attentive and kept our room clean, and trash free. We were a fairly large group, and they maintained our room through out the entire event without disrupting the flow of the meeting. They had all the necessary equipment for the presentations available and maintained in working order. They provided plenty of tables and seating with extra on hand if needed. This is the second meeting I have attended here and both times it was organized, and the experiences were consistent.

Due to an oversight in my booking arrangements I ended up with two rooms at this hotel the first room was a little small and outdated it was on the third floor there was no lock on the bathroom door or exhaust fan. The room I had on the fifth floor was recently renovated a much sturdier brand new bed. The staff were incredibly helpful I was there for a conference and everything met our needs. The conference food was good we enjoyed breakfast and lunch. My favorite part that I have included in my photos is the unlimited supply of shampoo conditioner and body wash on easy to access pump handle containers located on the bathtub wall.

Pros: Good Location Cons: EVERYTHING ELSE NO BELLMAN to help with unloading my stuff from my car, even though i had 2 babies that were asleep. The front desk person FIRST offered to help, but then tells me I'll need to check in FIRST before he could help with my luggage. Since the reservation was under my wife's name, i couldn't check in, and therefore didn't receive any assistance with my luggage at all. Just made it more difficult because my wife had to leave the kids crying to check in, before we could even unload our things. I felt like i was being punished. Where did i go wrong in life to be treated this way???? Went to use the ice machine on my floor, only to find that it's broken. I checked 2 other floors, and their ice machines were also broken. How can you NOT have an ice machine operable in the middle of the summer???? At least inform me upon check in that the ice machines aren't working. The rooms and hallways are old and outdated, probably from the 90s. Our room wasn't cleaned well either. There were streaks along the tiles and mirrors. I couldn't understand why, but the hallway smelled like urine. I really couldn't understand it. Did someone urinate in the hallway?. The beds were not comfortable at all, neither were the pillows. Really not the experience i expected at all. I only stayed at this Sheraton because they usually have very comfortable beds and pillows. I really felt like this hotel was worse than the cheapest motel brand out there. The air conditioner sounds like a small airplane engine upon takeoff. Is this AC from the 70s or 80s? I needed to get dinner as the kids were asleep and exhausted, yet this hotel doesn't offer any room service or food options??? WTH. Don't Sheratons have restaurants and offer room service? I could've just stayed at a motel, but i thought i would receive basic amenities like a bellman and room service. I don't understand. Why would anyone stay at a Sheraton Hotel???? This is the last time i ever stay at a Sheraton Hotel. I checked myself out and got a room at the Indigo Hotel down the street.
