“The stuff is really helpful and caring. We had a problem that the room was too hot, and they agreed to replace a room for us. Somehow there was a policy that going to the spa and parking was extra charged... And some stuff at the spa weren't working like the steam room. Ladies toilets were blocked and the one of the guys toilets were tilted... The hall was great, and breakfast buffet was big and nutritious even for vegan people. The stuff gave me vegan porridge. Thank you for hosting us ☺️”

“Grand! I don't know, but if you will have a pleasure to meet the lobby/hotel manager,the friendliest girl in the business than all of the rest is not important. Service is over the moon!
