“Gorgeous hotel with beautiful views of both the Falls. We had a superior king room in the top floor, the room is beautiful, but it's unbearably hot! Turns out the hotel controls the temperature centrally inside the rooms, even though there's a thermostat on the wall you can't adjust the AC. The rest of the hotel is classic and tastefully done. The ambiance in the lobby is very nice with light piano music of modern songs playing in the background, lovely chandelier and grand staircase. Service is very friendly and approachable. Would definitely come back here again.”
