Eu fiquei por cerca de uma semana para uma conferência. A equipe do hotel foi nice e atenciosa. Quarto foi impecáveis e bom tamanho com pequena forno de microondas e refrigerador. Eu estava no terceiro andar e não tinha nenhum barulho perceptível na rua, a não ser a pessoa ocasional saindo rapidamente do cruzamento. Complementar café-da-manhã foi belos padrão, com a principal atração sendo o Texas em forma Bélgica Waffle cafeteira. Ficaria novamente.

A nossa estadia foi HORRÍVEL. Nunca escrevo críticas e normalmente não reclamo, porque trabalhei na indústria hoteleira e sei como as coisas funcionam. MAS, os dois quartos em que estávamos, estavam sujos, como encontramos um bandaid em nossa cama na chegada, sujo. Eles estavam literalmente caindo aos pedaços, os rodapés colocados pela metade, o banheiro não estava dando descarga e a equipe não foi útil com o piso da caixa quente em que estávamos. Eu nunca recomendaria este hotel a ninguém, a menos que baixem seus preços abaixo de $ 60 por noite.

El personal poco amable, llegamos y nadie nos recibió, todo el manejo del equipaje nos tocó hacerlo, adicional lo que ofrecen en la página cuando hice la reserva incluian desayuno, eso fue una total mentira por qué en la recepción del hotel colocaronuna canasta con unas 10 manzanas rojas de baja calidad y unosmuffins muy dulces y eso era todo el gran desayuno que dicen ofrecer a sus huéspedes, me pareció un insulto, adicional ofrecen parqueadero cubierto sin costo y tampoco fue así, nos tocó parquear al frente y a unos precios exagerados. Fue una total decepción habernos hospedado en este hotel, para nada lo recomiendo y menos si los huéspedes llevan niños, deberían ser más honestos en lo que ofrecen y no engañar a las personas

Our stay was AWFUL. I never write reviews, and I normally don’t complain, because I’ve worked in the hotel industry and I know how things work. BUT, the two rooms we were in, were dirty, like found a bandaid on our bed upon arrival, dirty. They were literally falling apart, the baseboards half on, toilet wasn’t flushing, and staff weren’t helpful with the hot box floor we were staying on. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone else, unless they drop their pricing below $60 a night.

Eu fiquei na propriedade dezembro 2020 por 7 dias. Ele poderia usar algumas reformas pouco em geral foi uma estadia agradável. O quarto era limpo e eu não tive problemas. O atendente da recepção, Clayton, é ótimo. Ele não é apenas amigável e acolhedor, ele ofereceu ótimos conselhos sobre os melhores estacionamentos e locais a visitar nas proximidades. Ele também é hilário!

I stayed on the property Dec 2020 for 7 days. It could use some renovations bit overall it was a nice stay. The room was clean and I had no issues. The front desk attendant, Clayton, is great. He is not only friendly and welcoming, he offered great advice on the best nearby parking and places to visit. He's hilarious too!

Pros - Bed was very comfortable and all linens/pillows looked new. A couple of the front staff were nice. Housekeepers were very friendly. Price. Lobby looks nice. Easy access to freeway. They were accommodating allowing us a late check out. Cons - Not the standard Marriott I expected. Time for Marriott to invest a some money for some room updates. Please change your recording that says hot breakfast. Theirs consisted of only packets of oatmeal, a bowl of whole oranges, prepackaged muffins. This was EVERY day for all 4 days of my stay, no changes in food. 32" TV in room, Room was dark, even with the 1 window. Only parking is open parking across the street for $10/day, which the front staff says they are not affiliated with. A couple of the staff members need a refresher in customer service. Saw many loiters along the street and in the parking area across the street, which is fine, if I didn't have to walk at night across the street to get to and from my car. Lobby looks nice, but rooms are very dated. Pics on site must have been taken when they were first renovated, because the rooms just don't look that "fresh" now. Too close to freeway that you will hear the louder cars racing on the freeway until all hours of the night. Hopefully it will let me post the photos I took.

Definitely don't do it. The only thing good about this location is the restaurant around the corner: Ellen's! Eat breakfast, lunch or dinner and I guarantee you'll love it! But Don't stay at this location they screw up your nightly rate. Watch your receipts carefully

Este lugar é horrível. Toda a instalação precisa ser atualizada. Não há estacionamento. A iluminação do meu quarto não funcionou completamente. O banheiro funcionou a noite toda, então eu não consegui descansar. A máquina de gelo está em outro andar. Eu não recomendaria este lugar ao meu pior inimigo. A Marriott deveria ter vergonha de si mesma.

I was disappointed. I have booked with this hotel before in a different city and it was great. This experience no. I will give the staff a 5 star for their service. I didnt like my experience because 1. I had to park in the lot across the street because the hotels was closed for valet only. which should have been included in the hotel price for what I paid. 2ndly the toilet was not working when i got there. i called the front desk and they took were there ASAP. but after 2 flushes it stopped working again. so I won't be coming back to this location.

This place is horrible. The entire facility needs to be updated. There is no parking. The lighting in my room did not work completely. The toilet ran all night, so I didn't get any rest. The ice machine is on another floor. I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy. Marriott should be ashamed of themselves.

Convenientemente localizado no West End de Dallas, a uma curta caminhada de muitos restaurantes decentes. O único lugar requintado é o Y. O. Ranch Steakhouse. Apenas estacionamento com manobrista é oferecido, e não há estacionamento próprio disponível no local. Meu quarto era enorme como você pode ver nas minhas fotos. Os quartos e mobília são adequados, mas definitivamente mostrar sua idade. A equipe foi extremamente simpática e prestativa.

Conveniently located in Dallas’ West End within walking distance of plenty of decent restaurants. The only upscale place is the Y. O. Ranch Steakhouse. Only valet parking is offered, no on site self parking is available. My room was huge as you can see in my photos. The rooms and furnishings are adequate but definitely show their age. The staff was extremelyfriendly and helpful.

Súper bien ubicado. Las habitaciones amplias y el desayuno está bien considerando los desayunos incluidos de este tipo de hoteles en USA, pero está bastante bien. La recepción y área de lobby es muy pequeña y no parece muy “fancy” pero en general el hotel y habitaciones está bastante bien. Ojo si te estacionas con valet parking son 30 usd pero recuerda que estas en una zona de centro y puede ser complicado el estacionamiento.

I stayed for about a week for a conference.Hotel staff was nice and helpful.Room was clean and good sized with small microwave kitchen and fridge.I was on the third floor and didn't have any noticeable street noise, other than the occasional person taking off quickly from the intersection.Complementary breakfast was pretty standard, with the main attraction being the Texas shaped Belgium Waffle maker.Would stay again.
