“Thompson Madrid is absolutely wonderful. It's beautifully designed and the staff is the best I've ever encountered. The room was well appointed and designed perfectly. The bathroom had an outstanding rain shower.
Before we arrived they reached out asking if we needed help with anything. They helped us identify several wonderful restaurants. We arrived to a handwritten note from the general manager welcoming us as one of the first guests. Multiple staff wished my wife and I a happy anniversary.
Truly a memorable experience. We won't hesitate to stay again.”
