Das Hotel ist sehr schön direkt am Strand gelegen. Wir hatten ein großes sauberes Zimmer mit Schönem Bad und extra Toilette. Der Balkon war auch sehr groß mit Blick auf das Meer! Sehr gut auch das Frühstück , Mittagessen und Abendessen jeweils ala Carte oder in Buffetform! Das Personal stets freundlich, aufmerksam und sauber. Das einzige was nicht schön war sind Algen am Strand, die sich teils Meterhoch sammelten und das Baden im Meer vermiesten.

Hotel Vik possui acomodações antigas mas bem conservadas, comidas bastante variadas. Possui um incômodo que são os funcionários do hotel Cayena que fica anexo ao Vik que te abordam todas as vezes qur se passa proximo, para te vender um plano férias e a abordagem é bastante agressiva evitem esses funcionários pois são muito incovenientes. Alguns funcionários te obrigam a dar gorgeta como por exemplo quando você chega ao hotel e praticamente não te deixam levar sua própria bagagem, justamente para ser obrigado a dar gorgeta e só saem do seu quarto quando der. Aconselho sempre levar notas menores de dolares pois gorgeta lá é pedida em todos os locais.

Um desastre. Chegamos à República Dominicana pela quarta vez ontem, aqui pela primeira vez, e ficamos muito decepcionados com o sistema. O hotel é superestimado por quatro estrelas. Eu não entendo todos os comentários positivos em tudo. As pessoas devem ser cegas ou ter bebido muito mamahuana. Definitivamente não é um quatro estrelas.

Nice resort hotel. Agora quase tudo está fechado e apenas um restaurante está aberto. Mas a hospitalidade está em ordem aqui. Embora os funcionários sejam lugares ... como de costume na República Dominicana. Bem, os números são diferentes.Tenha em mente que as algas da praia estão em toda a área. Nós tivemos umas férias super relaxadas nos tempos de Corona. Foi uma ótima pausa. Nós tínhamos um quarto grande, que era muito limpo, elogios às senhoras da limpeza. O frigobar sempre foi reabastecido. O pessoal da recepção vem da Alemanha, eles foram muito simpáticos como o resto do pessoal. As espreguiçadeiras da Cayena Beach são perfeitas, com ótimas almofadas. A praia é um sonho, o mar e a piscina estavam quase mais quentes que o ar de 29 ° :) Estaremos de volta e relutamos em voltar para casa.

Perfect resort for a couple.

La atención es terrible (excepto la de Barbara que es una profesional súper diligente, atenta y cordial), poco personal, uso de mascarillas deterioradas, uso incorrecto o simplemente no la usan. No se lavan las manos ni usan gel hidro alcohólico. Los cocineros no usan mascarilla aún a solicitud del huesped. El personal se acerca y hace preguntas indiscretas y personales, no respetan la distancia de seguridad. El personal de vigilancia, al ver que yo salía del hotel, me instó a indicarle si volvía a dormir y a qué hora volvería, lo cual es completamente inapropiado y al regresar me reclamo que no había dormido en la habitación y que debía notificar antes mi ausencia. La comida es de muy baja calidad. No hay buena higiene en las habitaciones. Al hacer check in indicaron que no había room service pero si envases de un solo uso para poder llevar la comida a las habitaciones y no era verdad, no todas las luces de la habitación encendían y el aire acondicionado no enfriaba bien aún en 16°C, al igual que la nevera de la habitación. No hay papeleras en las habitaciones por lo que tuve que buscarme unas bolsas e ir tirando mi basura día a dia. Los huéspedes no tienen obligación de usar mascarillas en las zonas comunes. Este sitio es un total desastre.

Hermoso! Personal amable vista buenísima, comida muy rica incluidos desayunos y cenas. Recomendable.

Amazing time! Will be back for sure. Plenty to do with very helpful staff.Excursions are a must in Punta Cana.Beach has plenty to do.Pictures with monkeys and parrots or just walking down the beach.Beach mall close by with great deals if you like to negotiate 😀👍.Personally favorite time of year is April.Warm temps less people and less chance of tropical storms.Lastly the staff are amazing here!Come enjoy a different part of the Caribbean!😌

Great staff. Perfect small resort.You can walk from one end to the other in about 6 minutes. Service was quick when things broke (minor).Only criticism is that there are a few too many vendors but they do leave you alone if you say no thanks

Definitely not a 4 star. Most of the staff was very unfriendly. Liquor was terrible. Pretty sure it was watered down. Room smelled like lysol. Wanted to fumigate room while we were there and we said no. If you have any type of food allergies this is not the place for you. If you don't want to be bothered by sales people this is not the place for you. I will say the beach was clean and beautiful but if you want chairs you better get up early and snag them because by 7.00am they are all taken.

Everything was beautiful! The service was wonderful! The staff was extremely helpful and pleasant. We can't wait to go back. There was a good amount of seaweed on the beach. I know they ran tractors to clean it up, it is the ocean after all. Magnificent views! Great people! Great atmosphere! Fun activities, shopping, dance classes, water aerobics, shows, casino if you're interested the photography shop was amazing! The pictures that we purchased are breath taking!

interesting reading the reviews of others. i first visited the resort 5 years ago staying on the Arena Blanca side. I toured the Cayena Beach side and I purchased into the Vacation ownership at the Cayena and have returned several times a year since. I love the Cayena. The Arena Blanca was good but not outstanding, still extremely enjoyable. I mention all this because many of the reviews that I have read here, most of the negative ones, I found the reviewer to be writing about the Arena Blanca and not the Cayena --- which are worlds apart experience wise. My Cayena is small, thankfully, only 47 suites and it is quite and laid back EXACTLY the way I want in to be and to remain.

Muy bueno!!! Excelente servicio donde los empleados se venden a ellos mismos y no a su país. Esto hace que la estadía sea realmente confortable, superior y fantástica. Nos encanto la atención del mesero Francisco -un señor- y la animación de Alex -encantador- Gente que sabe atender y complacer a la gente.
