This hotel was ok but not great

Far from a decent a hotel but the staff are super friendly. However it was definitely far from other Wyhdman experience that I'm use too. First there are no small coffee machine in the room nor coffee that's ready in the breakfast area and that's a deal breaker especially if you got tours early or heading to machu picchu in the morning . You will have to wait for the waiter till he gets your order and that will take up about 25 -30 minutes of your time. The breakfast is not a buffet and it's more like you order and wait .the WiFi is super slow and the bathrooms do smell like swege. Basically it was a total waste of money and I feel like I got ripped off . I would recommend that wyhindham quality control department to stay in this hotel for a few days and examine it's process from start to finish as I'm definitely not staying there again . Overall the staff are friendly and super helpful but the quality of the hotel is pretty lame .

I don’t know where to start. These are some of the amenities not available to the guests. For example, NO cable to watch TV, NO coffee makers in the room, NO lockers, and the hair dryer didn’t work. On top of this, the shower leaked in the Hall way and the faucet leaked all over the counter. I am so glad we took our toiletries because their provision is absolutely not enough. The Oxygen supplement station was out of order. The business center was out of service. Even the thermos to provide hot water for tea was “out of service”! There are 2 things we liked about this hotel. Enrique, works in the restaurant, always polite and courteous towards the guests. He is a very hardworking guy. Another front desk person we enjoyed talking to is Allen. He is also very helpful and gave us good info for the trip. I am not sure how Wyndham allows this particular property to be franchised.

I was told that this hotel is under new management since 2020. I have no idea how it was before but it is excellent. The staff is great. The view of the hotel is amazing. My favorite was the food...

Upon arriving in Cusco we stayed at this hotel, we liked the service and the customer service quite a bit but the location was a bit far from the historic center, I would recommend trying to see that...
