“The rooms are very comfortable. We were in three and we wrote a request for the service (more towels since there were enough for only two people and a sofa instead of a second bed) and they immediately did it for us. We didn't tried the restaurant for launch but the breakfast was amazing, it had literally everything you could even imagine. So good! The position is perfect since it's very close to the London Eye, the Waterloo station and the bus stop.”

“Cleaning was a bit of an issue, looks like the cleaning lady just wiped dirty dishes with a towel. Didn't get to take pictures of the coffee mugs but they were filthy too. Otherwise reception staff are friendly and helpful, good breakfast offering and rooms are spacious.”
