“I was taken aback a little by the outward appearance. They are undergoing renovations. The rooms which had been updated were nice and comfortable although there was a slight stuffy scent upon entering the room. A washcloth and towel each had a small mark/smudge on them. When I called the front desk someone came immediately with a fresh clean set. Overall I was pleased with our stay. The staff was friendly and responsive.”

“This is a pretty basic hotel, but it was clean and the front desk staff was friendly. The hotel is being renovated, and those designing the rooms should have to stay in one! There are several small annoying things: The room is dark! There is one light between the beds that is about the brightness of a night light -- not bright enough for reading -- and a desk lamp. The bathroom has only one hook for hanging up a towel. The shower has no shelf of any kind for soap, shampoo, etc. There is no wastebasket in the bathroom. The closet is equipped with only 2 hangers. The bed pillows are small and square. On the plus side, the room has a microwave and small fridge, and the beds are comfy. There are many accessible outlets handy for charging electronic devices, and the free Wi-Fi was fast.”
