Pessoal muito simpático. Aceitaram a nossa estadia sem cartão de crédito. Quarto e wc espaçosos,com design moderno, excelente insonorização e isolamento. Boa variedade de produtos no minibar, com cafeteira eléctrica, chá, café e leite à disposição. Entrada no hotel bastante original, imiscuindo-se subtilmente com o lounge, o bar, e o restaurante.

Excelente, bem localizado para quem pretende viajar a partir do aeroporto. Contudo por não dispor de parque de estacionamento próprio e não haver alternativa haque ter em atenção os preços exorbitantes praticados pelos parques do aeroporto, único fator negativo a registar.Manuela Barreira

La atención recibida en el hotel por parte de las recepcionistas fue estupenda, sobre todo de Laurence que nos estuvo explicando cómo llegar al centro de Lyon muy amablemente y prestándonos toda la ayuda que necesitábamos. Muy recomendable!

Good experience. The decoration is really nice. Specially for an airport hotel. The gates are close. For the bar the beverages are a little bit too expensive. I didn’t try the breakfast. And the restaurant was totally crowded.

This hotel is vary nice for a airport hotel. Big rooms good service. 24/7 reception and room service. They even do wakeup calls if you request. Everyone is ontop of what ever they are supposed to do. Only the menu is a little lacking and they were missing options on the menu when I ordered. Also the bar is a little overpriced, but thats par for the course. Overall grate time and the perfect rest before your flight.

The perfect place to end a trip. Nothing worse that that 4am alarm after never sleeping anyway in fear of missing the flight. This was a beautiful hotel literally a 2 min walk to the check-in. Nice restaurant, cool bar, great rooms, and the staff were the sweetest I experienced in France. We took the train into Lyon for a great night out, then back to the hotel for a great nights rest before our flight. I actually went and dropped the bags off after checking in and then came back for a shower and a coffee. Only suggestion? Get the airport to post a sign to the hotel. REAL tough to find the drop-off entrance.

Returning client... Wanting to go to the restaurant in the NH Hotel between two flights. "No table available, Sir, but please go back to your room, we will call you as soon as one is available". As we were of course not staying there, the reaction was lovely... "Sorry Sir, the restaurant is fully booked". Returning client? Not anymore.

Very nice hotel right at the Lyon airport, situated between terminal 1 and 2. It takes 2 minutes to walk to the terminals. Staff is nice, rooms are quite big. Decoration of the rooms is a bit outdated and needs some refurbishment. Breakfast is good with a vast choice of food.

A pretty good airport hotel, the buffet was top notch for a buffet, the WiFi was good, people were surprisingly friendly and the decor was good. While having a flight cancelled is never a great experience, NH made it a whole lot better.

Warm welcome by reception. Average rooms. Quality equal to low cost junk and the same is the food and service in the restaurant. Only good thing I had was a wine but with bitter feeling that waiters wants me leave the table asap for other customers. Prices high/quality low.

The best Airport hotel I have ever been to. 5 stars plus in my view. A minute walk from the airport entrance, it's right in front of you when you clear the door. a few minutes walk from the train station. Sqeaky clean. I mean CLEAN. Room amenities in brand new condition. Helpful staff. Superb breakfast that starts at 05:00 (!) for early flights. Very good veriety. The pastries were great, the coffee delightful. Many small surprises that show they really care for the guests. A few things that could improve, but didn't cloud the excellent experience: Pillows were too elastic (but many, which is great when you travel alone.) Tissue paper in the washroom could be of better quality. TV had little to none channels in English.

Muy cómodo si al día siguiente tienes que coger un vuelo, está propio en el aeropuerto, y si quieres visitar Lyon tienes también muy, muy cerca un tren que cada 15 minutos te lleva

Hotel de la cadena NH situado estratégicamente en el aeropuerto de Lyon. Las habitaciones son amplias y confortables. El servicio es correcto y amable. El precio un poco alto en relación a otros hoteles de la cadena que están más actualizados. Por demás es correcto.

Ubicación comodísima a 30 segundos de la terminal. Las habitaciones perfectas; control del clima, baño muy completo, cama cómoda. El restaurante bien pero algo caro para lo que ofrece, tiene opción de buffet que es de buena calidad pero algo justo. A mejorar que el wifi gratuito tenga límite de megas y velocidad. En general, muy bien, repetiré. Por cierto, el servicio excelente en todo momento.
