I have been staying at this hotel, for business, since March. Until today, I would have given this hotel 4 or even 5 stars. Alexis, the front desk clerk, ruined my entire experience. I have spent thousands of dollars on hotel rooms here, and would have continued staying here until sometime later this year or early next year. Upon check-out this morning, I asked her to hold my small duffel bag for me, until I returned on Monday (as they have done for me this whole time), and she refused. I will spare you all of the details, but she was terribly rude and unprofessional. I cancelled all of my upcoming reservations and will never stay at this hotel ever again. Alexis also hung up on me - TWICE - when I attempted to call the hotel to speak to a manager and she refused to transfer my call.

Estadia fantástica! A propriedade está centralmente localizada (a uma curta caminhada do centro da cidade). Tudo é novo e muito bem feito - quartos amplos com espelhos, tomadas elétricas e portas USB onde você quiser, café no quarto e camas confortáveis. Muito impressionado com a equipe - desde a equipe experiente e acolhedora da recepção, o barman do café e a equipe de limpeza que se certificaram de que estávamos cientes dos restaurantes, atrações e eventos próximos. WiFi era rápido, área do lobby estava bem iluminada e tinha muitos lugares sentados. Espumante limpo e nunca tivemos que esperar pelo elevador. Definitivamente estará de volta!

estancia fantástica! La propiedad tiene una ubicación céntrica (a poca distancia del centro). Todo es nuevo y está muy bien hecho: amplias habitaciones con espejos, enchufes eléctricos y puertos USB donde los desee, cafetería en la habitación y cómodas camas. Muy impresionado con el personal, desde el personal de recepción bien informado y acogedor, el barman de la cafetería y el equipo de limpieza que se aseguraron de que estuviéramos al tanto de los restaurantes, atracciones y eventos cercanos. El WiFi era rápido, el área del vestíbulo estaba bien iluminada y tenía muchos asientos. Limpio y reluciente y nunca tuvimos que esperar por el ascensor. ¡Definitivamente regresaré!

Fantastic stay! The property is centrally located (walking distance to downtown). Everything is brand new and really well done - large guest rooms with mirrors, electric outlets and USB ports where you’d want them, in room coffee bar and comfortable beds. Very impressed with the staff — from the knowledgeable and welcoming front desk staff, cafe bartender and housekeeping crew who made sure we were aware of nearby restaurants, attractions and events. WiFi was fast, lobby area was well lit and had plenty of seating. Sparkling clean and we never had to wait for elevator. Will definitely be back!

Muito ótima estadia. Esteve aqui para um casamento no mês passado e foi excepcional. Todos os funcionários foram muito simpáticos, o hotel estava impecável e em uma ótima localização. Os quartos eram muito limpos e confortáveis, com bom isolamento de som de outros quartos.

This hotel is nice and the suite was very spacious, but I would not advise couples use them for wedding hotel rooms.The staff was all really nice, but they were pretty disorganized. We booked a suite and a room next to it to use while getting ready the morning of our wedding, and I even confirmed that via email with one of their staff members the week leading to the wedding. Upon check in they had assigned us to two rooms on separate floors (luckily they fixed it right away) The most disappointing aspect though was that the hotel was supposed to inform any of our guests at check in that there was a limo shuttle to the wedding, and that didn't happen which caused a lot of confusion for our guests.Also - the rooms are not sound proofed well, you can hear cars and motorcycles from the street very clearly all night

MUY buena estancia. Estuve aquí para una boda el mes pasado y fue excepcional. Todo el personal fue muy amable, el hotel estaba impecable y en una excelente ubicación. Las habitaciones estaban muy limpias y cómodas, con un buen aislamiento acústico de otras habitaciones.

Este hotel es agradable y la suite era muy espaciosa, pero no recomendaría que las parejas las usen para habitaciones de hotel para bodas.Todo el personal era muy agradable, pero estaban bastante desorganizados. Reservamos una suite y una habitación contigua para usarla mientras nos preparábamos la mañana de nuestra boda, e incluso lo confirmé por correo electrónico con uno de los miembros del personal la semana anterior a la boda. Al hacer el check in nos habían asignado dos habitaciones en pisos separados (por suerte lo arreglaron enseguida) Sin embargo, el aspecto más decepcionante fue que se suponía que el hotel informaría a cualquiera de nuestros invitados en el check in que había un servicio de transporte en limusina a la boda, y eso no sucedió, lo que causó mucha confusión para nuestros invitados.Además, las habitaciones no están bien insonorizadas, puedes escuchar automóviles y motocicletas desde la calle muy claramente toda la noche.

VERY great stay. Was here for a wedding this past month and it was exceptional. All the staff were very friendly, hotel was spotless and in a great location. Rooms were very clean and comfortable with good sound isolation from other rooms.

Desde el momento en que ingrese al hermoso vestíbulo grande, sabrá que ha llegado a una nueva propiedad de Marriott. El personal es muy amable y acogedor. No olvidaré a Desiree ni a Jayvon. Shannon en el bistró es muy trabajadora y tienen suerte de tenerla. La cama, la ropa de cama, las toallas y los complementos son de primera. No puedo esperar a volver.

A partir do momento em que você entrar no grande e bonito lobby, você saberá que chegou a uma nova propriedade Marriott. Os funcionários são super simpáticos e acolhedores. Eu não vou esquecer Desiree ou Jayvon. Shannon no bistrô é uma trabalhadora e eles têm sorte de tê-la. A cama, os lençóis, as toalhas e os acessórios são de primeira qualidade. Mal posso esperar para voltar.

From the moment you walk into the big beautiful lobby you will know you have arrived at a brand new Marriott property. The staff are super friendly and welcoming. I will not forget Desiree or Jayvon . Shannon in the bistro is a hard worker and they are lucky to have her. The bed, the linens, the towels and accessories are top notch. Can’t wait to come back.

Los representantes de recepción son maravillosos. La habitación era moderna y elegante. La ducha era básicamente mediocre. Muy difícil de ajustar la temperatura del agua y la puerta de la ducha no se cierra. La presión del agua era baja en el 4to piso y fue una experiencia de ducha fría/con corrientes de aire. La ducha es por eso que le di 4 estrellas.La cama era lujosa. Definitivamente hizo el viaje.El restaurante tiene horarios extraños y cierra temprano para un grupo de bodas que tuvieron que acomodar. El buen servidor todavía me hizo un pedido. Zona muy segura y excelente ubicación en el Centro.

Os representantes da recepção são maravilhosos. Quarto era moderno e chique. Chuveiro era basicamente medíocre. Muito difícil de ajustar a temperatura da água e não fecha a porta do chuveiro. A pressão da água era baixa no 4º andar e proporcionava uma experiência de banho fria / fria. O chuveiro é por isso que eu dei 4 estrelas.A cama era luxuosa. Definitivamente fez a viagem.O restaurante tem horários estranhos e fechou cedo para um grupo de casamento que eles tiveram que acomodar. O bom servidor ainda fez um pedido para mim. Área muito segura e ótima localização no centro da cidade.

Front desk reps are wonderful. Room was modern and chic.Shower was basically mediocre.Very hard to adjust water temperature and no closing shower door. Water pressure was low on 4th floor and made for a chilly/drafty shower experience. The shower is why I gave it 4 stars.The bed was luxurious. Definitely made the trip.The restaurant has odd hours and closed early for a wedding group they had to accommodate. The nice server still snuck an order in for me. Very safe area and great location in Downtown.

Una de las mejores experiencias de hotel que he tenido. El servicio estaba fuera de este mundo. El hotel es básicamente nuevo. El estacionamiento climatizado fue un regalo de Dios, especialmente teniendo días en los que la temperatura máxima era de 0 grados. Espero poder visitar este lugar en el futuro.

Sólo me alojé allí y el personal fue fantástico. Sin embargo, extraño los días de café gratis y un periódico. Courtyard debería repensar eso. Una gran cosa para mí: no hay caja fuerte en las habitaciones de huéspedes. Tienes que llevar la computadora portátil, etc. cada vez que te vas.

Uma das melhores experiências de hotel que tive. O serviço estava fora deste mundo. O hotel é basicamente novo. A garagem de estacionamento aquecida foi um envio de Deus, especialmente tendo dias em que a alta era de 0 graus. Estou ansioso para visitar este local no futuro.

Apenas fiquei lá e a equipe foi ótima. No entanto, perca os dias de café grátis e um jornal. Courtyard deveria repensar isso. Uma grande coisa para mim - não há cofre nos quartos. Tem que levar laptop, etc. toda vez que você sair.

Just stayed there and staff was terrific. Miss the days of free coffee and a newspaper however. Courtyard should rethink that. One big thing to me - no safe in the guest rooms. Have to take laptop, etc. every time you leave.

One of the best hotel experiences I've had. The service was out of this world. The hotel is basically brand new. The heated parking garage was a god send especially having days where the high was 0 degrees. I look forward to visiting this location in the future.
