“Meu vôo foi cancelado e acabei aqui. Eu cheguei lá às 2 da manhã e o CSR da recepção foi muito útil e amigável de uma forma descontraída, o que eu apreciei porque eu estava exausto neste momento. (Eu gostaria de ter descoberto o nome dela!)O quarto estava limpo. A cama era tão confortável, e eu não digo isso facilmente. O café da manhã era bastante impressionante para um hotel. E a piscina e a banheira de hidromassagem foram incrivelmente limpos e confortáveis. Esta estadia foi uma agradável surpresa, definitivamente recomendo este hotel.”

“Our bed smelled like toe jam. Thought it was the headboard so we scooted down and all night I kept waking up smelling that stink. Very disappointed. Check in was so/so. I felt like I was not liked. And the room we got had zero view. Only a wall. But that wasn't the real problem..”
