“Marsha Koch Liptak __ My husband and I came to Costa Rica for an International Living conference. The location of the hotel is excellent, and the staff was quite nice. The grounds surrounding the property were lovely as well. However, our room was in need of updating. Linens were worn; the mattresses were old and uncomfortable; and some of the bathroom fixtures were loose. Overall the room could use some serious maintenance and replacement of items.”

“Staff were very helpful and professional. First room I was assigned was not made up; this was quickly corrected. Nice breakfast buffet (also an a la carte menu). Bar area can get quite noisy - request a room further from the center. In addition to small shop and spa, there is a barber shop and a salon.
Room was okay; tub could use a good bleaching, and the floor and stairs of the tub can be slippery...use caution”
