“3.5*. Very helpful staff, good breakfast buffet and spacious room. The hotel is changing the owner and going through remodeling, perhaps it will get better. The pool area looks bad now and no gym facility.”

“We've been given this hotel from Iberia since our flight was rescheduled, to spend a night in Madrid. It was enaugh to have a decent sleep and take a shower. Nothing more. In 5am there was a reception call for which we didn't ask. And if you don't answer the call a big black guy comes banging to your door... Strange experience rly. Food was good actually, that's why third star.”
