“We had an amazing vacation (16days),the hotel is beautiful, not too big with little jungle and small animals. Amazing beach kept cleen all the time.The location of the hotel is great, (10minutes by bike or 30 minutes by walk to the center of Playa del Carmen). Food very tasty and big selection of alcohol. Big thanks for the whole bar team, they made us feel very special, and we always received amazing service. We loved the show, every evening was a different one, especially trapeze show, that was something really amazing. Lots of activities. The animators team super friendly and helpful: Angel, Alejandro, Tony, Daniel, Emanuel(trapeze). I'll definitely recommend the hotel to friends and family.”

“DON’T GO HERE! Don’t waste your vacation time and money here! The food was very very BAD, and will definitely ruin your stomach. Microwaved food taste better. The rooms were very outdated and smelled of mold. We waited 3 hours for check-in.To say something good, the waiters were nice and the entertainment shows were great!”
