“Can't go wrong with this location. Staff was friendly and very accommodating. The room was just okay. The walls and doors are thin so you clearly hear your neighbors and people walking in the hall which resulted in being woken at 130am to returning guests. The AC kept the room nice and cool but there was no option to leave the fan running when the AC is off which would have helped drown out ambient sounds. The shower was nice and hot but provided little pressure and the head was very low so prepare to bend over if you are tall. Ultimately you are really just paying for the location. “Although the room is small and a bit dated the rich history of the building makes up for it. The staff was 11/10, I’ve never received such wonderful service and overall kindness and small touches just to elevate the experience. The lobby alone is worth it even if you don’t stay there, just walk in and look around. It reminded me of the titanic, so grand and opulent and actually old and well maintained not copied. Really memorable place!”
