“This hotel is absolutely phenomenal. The magnificent attention to detail is not only prominent in the infrastructure, but in their service as well. Everyone in the staff is kind, welcoming, and extremely informed on the area. I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for an elegant and inviting place to stay in Boston!
All of the staff was phenomenal, but Elizabeth at the front desk really went above and beyond to enhance my experience and provide historical information about the hotel. Unfortunately I cannot recall the bellman/valet who assisted me, but I believe it may have been Paul. Overall, I was extremely impressed with the level of guest service and the impressive quality of the hotel.”
