“The hotel is cute however housekeeping should give the rooms a little more TLC and pay closer attention to detail. Overall our room was pretty clean. The bathroom was extremely small and the bed slept well. We booked through Expedia opting to pay upon arrival however, the hotel attempted to process payment 3x approximately 4 days before our stay. I phoned the front desk for an explanation and was told when they reach full capacity, they charge the card on file to secure the reservation. I don't have an issue with this process however, please communicate with your guest before attempting to process payment. If you rather guest pay upfront to secure their reservation, I recommend removing the option to pay upon arrival. In addition to that we checked out yesterday however, an additional charge was placed on my credit card this morning. I'm awaiting a phone call back from the billing department because this charge is completely random and makes absolutely no sense. If you're a guest here please review your credit card statement to ensure you don't have any random charges after checking-out. Oh and by the way, our room was left in perfect condition so we aren't subject to any incidentals so I'm really confused. I hope they get back to me this afternoon.”
