“My suite was not clean. Living room furniture was dated and stained (I wish I could post pictures with this review). We had to put a blanket on top of the sofa before sitting on it. Carpet was in bad condition. There was a belly button ring in the bathroom. Room smelled musty. The only good thing I can say about this hotel is that housekeeping came quickly to re-clean the room. Unfortunately there was only so much housekeeping could do. Housekeeping could not fix the lack of upkeep and maintenance with a quick clean-up. I spoke with management and was told that they didn’t have another room available, which was understandable considering it’s peak season; but there was no offer for resolution. We have stayed at this hotel before and had never experienced this type of situation. This will definitely be our last stay. Luckily my husband and I were able to secure accommodations at another hotel for the rest of our stay in Myrtle Beach. HILTON——I expected better!!!!!”

“We stayed here in June of 2022 and it was phenomenal. We stayed in a 1 bedroom ocean front condo. From the first contact with staff we felt like royalty. Staff were friendly and accommodating. The condo was spotless and in an excellent location. Beach access was great and the pools were perfect . Included with our stay we had perks and freebies at local attractions. The prices of rooms are high but absolutely worth it. We will definitely be back.”
