Realmente bom hotel! Definitivamente voltaremos toda vez que chegarmos a Myrtle Beach! A equipe foi gentil e muito útil, o nosso quarto era muito limpo e convidativo. Reservamos um quarto no último andar com vista para o mar e foi incrível. Nosso quarto tinha até uma banheira de hidromassagem com jatos que era absolutamente tudo que eu precisava. Perto do lugar de comida e literalmente à direita na praia. Muito fácil acesso à praia! Eu absolutamente adorei!!.

Se Hospedaram lá apenas na semana passada. Nós ficamos em um condomínio frente oecan. O quarto estava um pouco sujo, o piso de cerâmica estava pegajoso, então pedimos que eles subissem e esfregassem. Todos os funcionários somos ótimos. No entanto, os dois cara de estacionamento com manobrista foram excelentes. Brett e Cody somos excelentes. Eles nos ajudaram com nosso carro e nos falaram sobre os bons lugares para comer, bem como atrações. Ambos foram bem acima do que esperávamos. Espero voltar em breve.

Stayed there just last week. We stayed in an oecan front condo. The room was a bit dirty, the tile floors were sticky so we had them come up and mop. All the staff we'regreat. Howeverthe two valet parking guy's were great. Brett and Cody we'reoutstanding. They helpedus with our car and told us about the goodplacesto go eat as well as attractions.They both went well above what we expected. Hope to returnsoon.

Really nice hotel! Definitely will be back everytime we come to Myrtle Beach! Staff was kind and very helpful, our room was very clean and inviting. We reserved the one bedroom at very top floor over looking the ocean and it was amazing. Our room even had a hot tub with jets that was absolutely everything I need. Close to food place and literally right on the beach. Very easy access to beach! I absolutely loved it!!.

Ficamos aqui em junho de 2022 e foi fenomenal. Ficamos em um apartamento de 1 quarto de frente para o mar. Desde o primeiro contato com a equipe nos sentimos como a realeza. Os funcionários foram simpáticos e acolhedores. O condomínio estava impecável e em uma excelente localização. O acesso à praia era ótimo e as piscinas eram perfeitas. Incluído com a nossa estadia, tivemos vantagens e brindes em atrações locais. Os preços dos quartos são altos, mas absolutamente vale a pena. Nós definitivamente voltaremos.

We stayed here in June of 2022 and it was phenomenal. We stayed in a 1 bedroom ocean front condo. From the first contact with staff we felt like royalty. Staff were friendly and accommodating. The condo was spotless and in an excellent location. Beach access was great and the pools were perfect . Included with our stay we had perks and freebies at local attractions. The prices of rooms are high but absolutely worth it. We will definitely be back.

Minha suíte não estava limpa. A mobília da sala de estar era datada e manchada (eu gostaria de poder postar fotos com esta revisão). Tivemos que colocar um cobertor em cima do sofá antes de nos sentarmos nele. Tapete estava em mau estado. Havia um piercing no umbigo no banheiro. Quarto cheirava a mofo. A única coisa boa que posso dizer sobre este hotel é que a arrumação veio rapidamente para re-limpar o quarto. Infelizmente, havia apenas tanta arrumação poderia fazer. O serviço de limpeza não conseguiu resolver a falta de manutenção e manutenção com uma limpeza rápida. Falei com a gerência e me disseram que eles não tinham outro quarto disponível, o que era compreensível, considerando que é alta temporada; mas não houve oferta de resolução. Já estivemos neste hotel antes e nunca tínhamos experimentado esse tipo de situação. Esta será definitivamente a nossa última estadia. Felizmente, meu marido e eu conseguimos acomodações em outro hotel para o resto de nossa estadia em Myrtle Beach. HILTON——Eu esperava melhor!!!!!

No geral a nossa estadia foi ótima! Localização privilegiada, instalações limpas e adorava estar à beira-mar com piscinas. Nosso condomínio de 3 quartos era bom, os móveis eram um pouco datados, mas normalmente não nos importamos com isso ... a limpeza é o problema para nós. Nosso manobrista, Cody, foi acima e além para se certificar de que fomos atendidos durante toda a semana. É muito bom conhecer pessoas que gostam de seus trabalhos e têm conversas significativas com seus convidados. Eu realmente espero que ele saiba o quanto ele fez a nossa estadia tão livre de estresse! Overall our stay was great! Prime location, clean facilities, and loved being oceanfront with pools. Our 3 bedroom condo was nice, furniture was a bit dated, but we normally don’t care about that….cleanliness is the biggie for us. Our valet guy, Cody, went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of all week. It’s really nice to meet people who enjoy their jobs and have meaningful conversations with their guests. I really hope he knows how much he made our stay so stress free! Thanks Cody!

My suite was not clean. Living room furniture was dated and stained (I wish I could post pictures with this review). We had to put a blanket on top of the sofa before sitting on it. Carpet was in bad condition. There was a belly button ring in the bathroom. Room smelled musty. The only good thing I can say about this hotel is that housekeeping came quickly to re-clean the room. Unfortunately there was only so much housekeeping could do. Housekeeping could not fix the lack of upkeep and maintenance with a quick clean-up. I spoke with management and was told that they didn’t have another room available, which was understandable considering it’s peak season; but there was no offer for resolution. We have stayed at this hotel before and had never experienced this type of situation. This will definitely be our last stay. Luckily my husband and I were able to secure accommodations at another hotel for the rest of our stay in Myrtle Beach. HILTON——I expected better!!!!!

I se hospedaram no vários Hiton grand propriedades de férias. Este é bom, mas algumas das comodidades a que estou acostumado eram inexistentes. Normalmente, há pelo menos sal e pimenta, mas não havia. Felizmente eu tinha um pouco para nos levar pela nossa primeira manhã até chegarmos à loja. A vista é excelente da nossa varanda com vista para o mar. Você pode alugar DVDs gratuitamente, o que é bom. As piscinas são pequenas. e o rio lento é bastante patético. Apesar de tudo, é bom. Os elevadores são rápidos felizmente.

I have stayed at several Hiton grand vacation properties. This one is nice but some.of the amenities I am used to were non existent. Usually there is at least salt and pepper but there was none. Thankfully I had a little to get us through our 1st morning until we got to the store. The view is great from our ocean view balcony. You can rent DVDs for free which is nice. The pools are small.and the lazy river is quite pathetic. All in all though, it is nice. Elevators are quick thankfully.

lugar muito agradável para ficar. Vista do oceano é inigualável. A única reclamação sobre o quarto é que o quarto principal tem vista para o mar enquanto todos os outros quartos têm vista para o corredor!!! E não havia nem mesmo uma maneira de manter as cortinas bem fechadas ... As comodidades eram muito boas, o minigolfe gratuito foi uma atividade agradável adicionada. Todos em todos vale a pena lugar para ficar, mas pode valer a pena reservar vários quartos menores em vez de uma grande suíte. O serviço foi fenomenal, a manutenção da casa faz de tudo para que você se sinta em casa de qualquer maneira que puder. O estacionamento com manobrista era muito bom, especialmente muito tarde da noite.

Funcionários simpáticos e check-in e check-out super rápidos. O hotel tem um bom layout e o apartamento de uma cama era espaçoso. Paguei por uma frente para o mar e a vista era linda no nascer do sol. As únicas desvantagens foram encontrar alguns Gillette (provavelmente da pessoa anterior que ficou) e a máquina de café não estava funcionando. As piscinas ficam no andar do lobby e há um rio lento também. Bom lugar para receber sua família e passar um bom tempo na praia.

Friendly staff and super quick check-in and check-out. The hotel has a good layout and the one-bed apartment was spacious. I payed for an oceanfront and the sight was beautiful in the sunrise. Only downsides were finding some Gillette’s (probably from the previous person who stayed) and the coffee machine wasn’t working. The pools are on the Lobby floor and there’s a lazy river too. Nice place to have your family over and spend a good time at the beach.

Very nice place to stay. View of ocean is second to none. Only complaint about room is that master bedroom gets view of ocean while all other rooms have a view into the hallway!!! And there was not even a way to keep the shades securely closed... The amenities were very nice, the free miniature golf was a nice added in activity. All in all worth it place to stay but might be worth booking multiple smaller rooms instead of one big suite. Service was phenomenal, house keeping goes out of their way to make you feel at home in any way they can. The valet parking was very nice especially really late at night.

Empezando por el señor de Front Deck, hispano.. muy agradable, amable y gentil. El hotel me gusto mucho, es limpio, ordenado, las camas perfecta.. me encantó las piscinas y los jacuzzis.. lo recomiendo..👍👍👍👏👏👏

Es un lugar muy bonito. Las habitaciones son muy padres y la vista del mar es maravillosa. Lo malo es que el WiFi no funciona bien y cuando funciona esta bien lento.
