“If we could give this property 10 stars we would. Our family was stranded due to the floods in Ft. Lauderdale. Our flight was cancelled. Upon approaching the property we were greeted by Brandon and Michael. What class acts! Brandon swiftly had us seated in the restaurant where we had one of the most incredible meals EVER! We were with our two kids (8) and (12) and Brandon even gave them chocolate cake after dinner. Our experience at this property was exactly what I always expect at The Ritz. Brandon and Michael exemplified what it means to visit the Ritz. We were surprised and delighted with a red carpet treatment (as complete strangers off the street) that went even beyond what the Ritz is known for. Our sincerest gratitude and thanks! We will be back SOON! - The Cornell’s”

“TLDR:This hotel is not worth the price. The hotel and room were beautiful, and the beach-side view was fantastic. The food was pretty good, not particularly amazing but not bad either. However, our room had a ton of ants, and when we complained no assistance or accommodation was offered by the staff. Moreover, when we ordered food it was left in front of the door without letting us know, even when we called the front desk and they said they would try to find out where our food was, they did not get back to us until half an hour had passed, when I called them to let them know I had found our cold food in front of the door (no "privacy" sign was used, we just wanted to eat in). We were not satisfied with the way we were treated in our room, but accommodations and courtesy outside the room (lobby, etc) was fine.”
