“Mary at the counter was very nice. She let us try crawfish. It was so good. Thanks Mary. The housekeeping was the issue. No one ever came to clean our room. When I asked for bath towels and wash clothes she stated she would bring us some and she never returned. Breakfast is included in the price. That's a plus with saving a little money.”

“I travel to Baton Rouge frequently for work. Recently, I booked a room at a different location. At the time, that location was having problems with their computer system and I was bumped to the Baton Rouge south location. The reservation clerk at the airport location was kind enough to cancel the reservation on my behalf. I was charged a cancellation fee. I disputed the fee, to no avail. I called the hotel and spoke to the manager for assistance. The hotel manager refused to credit my agency credit card even though the cancellation was not my fault and despite the fact that this hotel chain makes an enormous amount of money from the agency I work for. In reading reviews, I see a lot of 1s for a variety of reasons. I recommend staying clear of this hotel.”
