“I travel to Baton Rouge frequently for work. Recently, I booked a room at a different location. At the time, that location was having problems with their computer system and I was bumped to the Baton Rouge south location. The reservation clerk at the airport location was kind enough to cancel the reservation on my behalf. I was charged a cancellation fee. I disputed the fee, to no avail. I called the hotel and spoke to the manager for assistance. The hotel manager refused to credit my agency credit card even though the cancellation was not my fault and despite the fact that this hotel chain makes an enormous amount of money from the agency I work for. In reading reviews, I see a lot of 1s for a variety of reasons. I recommend staying clear of this hotel.”

“Not a bad place. Hate the smell once you walk in(bad mixture of something). Overwhelming smell in the elevator. The room itself, bathroom is dirty, cracked. The lights flicker. And I found a dead ladybug in the bed this am. :/”
