Nice clean Hotel. Swimming pool is nice, however it is kind of small. Has spa with one therapist only. Breakfast is good and has good variety of food. Location is good. Pictures you see by hotel management is 90% of what you will see in real. Hotel staff are friendly, cheerful, welcoming, and helpful. Booked one trip with them and was successful. They have a live pianist everyday in the lobby area which is cool. Nice hotel limpo. A piscina é boa, mas é um pouco pequena. Tem spa com apenas um terapeuta. O café da manhã é bom e tem boa variedade de comida. A localização é boa. As fotos que você vê pela gerência do hotel são 90% do que você verá em reais. A equipe do hotel é atenciosa, alegre, acolhedora e atenciosa. Reservamos uma viagem com eles e foi bem sucedido. Eles têm um pianista ao vivo todos os dias no lobby que é legal.

This is a fine hotel with an excellent staff from the front entrance to room service to housekeeping and the front desk everybody that works there is friendly and customer orientated.I have stayed three times in the last year and have been very happy The in-house restaurants serving Indian food is outstanding. The restaurant on the 7th Floor has an outstanding breakfast buffet which I look forward to every morning and a very good lunch buffet as well. The rooms have always been clean comfortable and quiet I will be staying there again when my next travel includes Bangkok Este é um ótimo hotel com uma excelente equipe da entrada para o serviço de quarto para arrumação e a recepção todos que trabalha há amigável e cliente orientado. Tenho ficado três vezes no ano passado e ter sido muito feliz Os restaurantes em casa que serve comida indiana é excelente. O restaurante no 7º andar tem um excelente buffet de café-da-manhã que estou ansioso para todas as manhãs e um muito bom buffet de almoço bem. Os quartos foram sempre limpos e confortáveis e tranquilos eu vou ficar lá novamente quando minha próxima viagem inclui Bangkok

O atendimento por parte dos funcionários é exemplar. Quartos limpos e confortáveis. Bons preços. Café da manhã diversificado e gostoso. Spa eficiente que oferece vários tipos de massagem. Piscina bonita. Preço compatível com o serviço, ou seja, um bom custo/benefício

Great hotel!!! For the price it's really a fantastic place. The rooms are clean and the beds are comfortable. The service is really good. They defintely go out of their to make your stay comfortable. The food is awesome! They give you plenty of options from traditional "American" food to more authentic Thai food. I would definitely recommend this place for a stay in Bangkok! Ótimo hotel!!! Pelo preço é realmente um lugar fantástico. Os quartos são limpos e as camas são confortáveis. O serviço é muito bom. Eles definitivamente se esforçam para tornar a sua estadia confortável. A comida é incrível! Eles oferecem muitas opções, desde comida tradicional "americana" até comida tailandesa mais autêntica. Eu definitivamente recomendaria este lugar para uma estadia em Bangkok!

Nice big room and big bathroom. Professional staffs and nice attitude. Excellent location in the middle of tourist area. 1 minute walk to Nana Plaza. Need improvements: breakfast is minimal, swimming pool has dead leaves and trash inside water and need cleaning, room air conditioning is very loud even with low speed, water is always boiling hot with hard to control cold water, furniture is outdated and construction everyday (November 2018).No lobby amenities due to construction. Nice quarto grande e grande banheiro. Equipes de profissionais e boa atitude. Excelente localização no meio da área turística. 1 minuto a pé até Nana Plaza. Precisa de melhorias: pequeno-almoço é mínimo, piscina tem folhas mortas e lixo dentro da água e precisa de limpeza, sala de ar condicionado é muito alto, mesmo com baixa velocidade, a água está sempre fervendo quente com duro para controlar a água fria, móveis está desatualizado e construção todos os dias ( Novembro de 2018). Não há comodidades no lobby devido à construção.

Wonderful staff and phenomenal rooms. Stayed in the Grande Deluxe on floor 19. Absolutely fantastic. Complimentary water and fruit provided. The rate is excellent for the quality you receive and is fairly conveniently situated in downtown Bangkok. Guest friendly and they offer all the standards you would expect from a quality hotel (laundry, room service, pool, gym, etc.) Equipe maravilhosa e quartos fenomenais. Se Hospedaram no Grande Deluxe no andar 19. Absolutamente fantástico. Água e frutas de cortesia. A tarifa é excelente para a qualidade que você recebe e está convenientemente situada no centro de Bangkok. Amigável aos hóspedes e eles oferecem todos os padrões que você esperaria de um hotel de qualidade (lavanderia, serviço de quarto, piscina, academia, etc.)

Decent place, under renovations now 4/28/2019so ground floor is construction zone, and the smell of paint and paint thinner lingers throughout the hotel. The lunch buffet is really good, and the restaurant staff are very attentive.The pool is quite nice. Lugar decente, em reforma agora 28/04/2019, então o térreo é uma zona de construção, e o cheiro de tinta e diluente perdura por todo o hotel. O buffet de almoço é muito bom, e os funcionários do restaurante são muito atenciosos. A piscina é bem legal.

They somehow have trouble with booking made through MakeMyTrip and customer is treatedas an invalid until front office sorts out and finds the booking to be genuine. The main manager at Front desk is especially arrogant.. hopefully the new Hilton management takes care of this aspect as well. Also what's with that sad looking fruit bowl given as complementary. I would rather not be treated to such surprises. Local maravilhoso e quartos decentes .. Embora eu achei a decoração a ser demasiado escuro e amáveis. Buffet de café-da-manhã é um deve tentar. Tinha má experiência duas vezes neste lugar ... Eles de alguma forma têm problemas com reserva feita através MakeMyTrip e cliente é tratado como um inválido até o front office classifica fora e encontra a reserva para ser genuíno. O gerente principal na recepção é especialmente arrogante .. esperamos que a nova gestão Hilton cuida deste aspecto bem. Também o que é com aquela fruteira olhando triste dado como complementar. Eu prefiro não ser tratado com essas surpresas.

I would rather not be treated to such surprises. Maravillosa ubicación y habitaciones decentes ... aunque me pareció que la decoración era demasiado oscura y poco acogedora. El buffet de desayuno es algo que debe probar. Tuvimos una mala experiencia dos veces en este lugar ... De alguna manera, tienen problemas con la reserva realizada a través de MakeMyTrip y el cliente es considerado como inválido hasta que la oficina se resuelve y la reserva es auténtica. El gerente principal de la recepción es especialmente arrogante. Espero que la nueva administración de Hilton se encargue también de este aspecto. También qué hay con ese frutero de aspecto triste dado como complementario. Preferiría no dejarme llevar por tales sorpresas.

Bonita habitación grande y baño grande. Personal profesional y buena actitud. Excelente ubicación en el centro de la zona turística. 1 minuto a pie de la plaza Nana. Necesita mejoras: el desayuno es mínimo, la piscina tiene hojas muertas y basura dentro del agua y necesita limpieza, el aire acondicionado de la habitación es muy ruidoso, incluso a baja velocidad, el agua siempre está hirviendo con difícil controlar el agua fría, los muebles están desactualizados y la construcción todos los días ( Noviembre de 2018). No hay servicios de vestíbulo debido a la construcción.

Me alojé en el Grande Deluxe en el piso 19. Absolutamente fantástico. Se proporciona agua y fruta de cortesía. La tarifa es excelente para la calidad que recibe y está convenientemente ubicada en el centro de Bangkok. Son amigables con los huéspedes y ofrecen todos los estándares que esperarías de un hotel de calidad (lavandería, servicio a la habitación, piscina, gimnasio, etc.)

Location excellent. .....have stayed for many years.Disappointed this time, hotel looking "tired" . All furniture and furnishings need to be smartened up! Breakfast reasonable but dining area gets very crowded at certain times.Evening dining used to be good, and busy,but now hardly anyone goes there. We were only 2 the other evening! Will not return next year

Todos los que trabajan allí son amables y están orientados al cliente. Me he alojado tres veces en el último año y estoy muy feliz. Los restaurantes que sirven comida india son excepcionales. El restaurante en el séptimo piso tiene un excelente desayuno buffet que espero todas las mañanas y también un muy buen almuerzo buffet. Las habitaciones siempre han sido limpias, cómodas y tranquilas. Volveré a alojarme allí cuando mi próximo viaje incluya Bangkok.

El desayuno es bueno y tiene buena variedad de comida. La ubicación es buena. Las imágenes que ve por la administración del hotel es el 90% de lo que verá en real. El personal del hotel es amable, alegre, acogedor y servicial. Reservé un viaje con ellos y fue exitoso. Tienen un pianista en vivo todos los días en el área del vestíbulo, que es genial.
