“This is a fine hotel with an excellent staff from the front entrance to room service to housekeeping and the front desk everybody that works there is friendly and customer orientated. I have stayed three times in the last year and have been very happy The in-house restaurants serving Indian food is outstanding. The restaurant on the 7th Floor has an outstanding breakfast buffet which I look forward to every morning and a very good lunch buffet as well. The rooms have always been clean comfortable and quiet I will be staying there again when my next travel includes Bangkok”

“Wonderful location and decent rooms..though I found the decor to be too dark and unwelcoming. Breakfast buffet is a must try. Had bad experience twice at this place.... They somehow have trouble with booking made through MakeMyTrip and customer is treated as an invalid until front office sorts out and finds the booking to be genuine. The main manager at Front desk is especially arrogant.. hopefully the new Hilton management takes care of this aspect as well. Also what's with that sad looking fruit bowl given as complementary. I would rather not be treated to such surprises.”
