We called ahead to make sure our room was available as we were coming up on 8hrs in the car. The front desk staff told us not to worry, that they'd fully take care of us, all we needed to do was to relax and get there. They were so warm and helpful when we walked in. Love that the staff, from the front desk to the bartenders to the maintenance folks, we're all wearing smiles and ready to joke around with our kids!The location - can't beat it!The premises - spotless and inviting!The room - smelled nice, super clean, inviting and just the right temp!Kudos to all of you.
