Unwelcoming and shameless Marriott - and laughably out of touch for a hospitality business. Looks like a fairly new hotel but there was a loose light fixture in the room and a loose power outlet. The lights next to the bed actually require you to sit up and reach way up to find the well hidden switch, a bizarrely bad design. Simple and roomy bathroom. Appreciate the wall mounted toiletries vs small disposables. Water glasses are a silly stemless wineglass - not so great for a stable glass of water by the bed at night. This hotel was fantastic! The staff was incredible upon checkin and checkout, they gave great local recommendations, were friendly and personable, and they were very accommodating. Our room was clean and comfortable, and we had a great view of the city skyline. The hotel was in perfect walking distance from most of the city’s highlights (Chinatown, Beacon Hill, Boston Common, etc).This hotel has valet parking which was a bit expensive, but we thought it was worth it rather than the hassle of street parking. They also offer luggage storage if you need it. Lastly, while it’s in the city, it’s very close to the airport, so it was very convenient. Este hotel foi fantástico! We stayed here for a concert at the Garden and the location was perfect! You could see the Garden from our hotel room and the hotel itself was extremely clean and very cozy! The front staff was so inviting and I would like to singleout Tony and say his presence alone was enough to make us want to come back again! This is an upscale courtyard kitty corner to the TD Garden where the Bruins and Celtics play. Easy walking distance to the T and area restaurants. The front desk and Cafe staff were very attentive to our needs. This was the first Courtyard that I know of that had a full kitchen. I don’t think it was very large and the menu was very similar to the other Courtyards but they actually had french fries here and they were quite tasty. There are 14 floors, with the top two considered penthouse rooms. We were on one of these floors, but they didn’t look too much larger than when I would consider an average room. But the views are definitely better. We will definitely stay here again should we return to Boston. Este é um canto de gatinho de luxo no pátio do TD Garden, onde os Bruins e os Celtics jogam. Exemplary hotel with amazing service. We were greeted by Tony and what a greeting. He is an outstanding employee with the most magnetic personality. It was a joy every time we saw his face. His customer service skills are so on point. Breakfast at the bistro was DELISH!We were in town for a wedding and even ended up staying a couple of extra days to explore the city. I think every time we were entering or exiting the hotel, someone was cleaning and that made us feel even more at ease. Thank you for the awesome experience.

Hotel prices in boston have gone up and this place seemed like a great value.Its 3 stars and iinitially thought it should be 4 stars. Issues-fridge only works 2 hrs at a time. Bathroom, while newish/modern had a bit of black mold,our sheets had holes in them and it took 2 days to get fresh ones. Hotel could be 4 stars if the cleaning staff improve. Management needs to inspect rooms. Until then the 3 star rating is deserved.

The heat in my room did not work and the temperature in my room was 66 F. I was freezing. The front desk could not switch my room nor could they fix the issue. They brought up extra blankets and there was a blood stain on one of extras they delivered. The food downstairs was also really bad. I cried the first night because it was so awful and I was freezing. I’ve never stayed at a courtyard before and always thought they were low class. Now I know I why. I truly feel I should have been paid money to stay at this establishment. If you want good service and a comfortable stay…stay elsewhere.

Love that the staff, from the front desk to the bartenders to the maintenance folks, we're all wearing smiles and ready to joke around with our kids!The location - can't beat it!The premises - spotless and inviting!The room - smelled nice, super clean, inviting and just the right temp!Kudos to all of you.
