“Good location in the heart of downtown. The 4 star was because of our experience at the hotel restaurant where the waiter tricked us into believing that the 10% service charge added to the bill is mandated by the government, just like the 13% tax. Being oblivious to this, we ended up paying double as tip for the service. The room is nice so are the amenities. Just that the integrity of the restaurant waiter could be improved. We would have paid equally as much for tip if he had been honest to us.”

“Back in mid-January, my boyfriend and I were staying at the hotel for 2 nights. the hotel was clean, and staffs were friendly. Especially Berny and his amazing front desk/valet team helped us a lot, and made sure our staying were safe and comfortable. (They truly turned our real nightmare into brightness) We appreciate it so much and never forgotten kind caring for us.
