“If you stay here book with Hotels.Com.We needed to add 2 nights to our stay because my son's apartment was not ready and they charged 50 dollars more per night than the booking service. The one bright spot was the desk clerk working 3 to 11, Darren,he was friendly and his customer service is top knotch.We had issues with the in-room wired internet and asked to get a different room with no luck.”

“As an spire elite member I expect better customer service. My son pregnant wife and I stayed in a non smoking room during the Easter holiday weekend. I reported to the front desk that our bathroom smell like cigarette smoke. This was due to someone smoking in their room and it traveling through the vents. The lady at the front desk said she would take care of it. They failed to track down the perpetrator and my bathroom smell got stronger and stronger, which made it very uncomfortable to use and hazardous for my toddler and pregnant wife. We ended up checking out earlier than expected due to this major inconvenience. The hotel clerk called me after my checkout and stated they would send a reimbursement for my stay. I told her the amount of points I spent on that stay and she said to expect the points to be credited back to my account that night. That was April. It is now June and nothing was reimbursed. Total disappointment and unsatisfactory in this hotel staff.”
