“Como miembro de la élite de Spire, espero un mejor servicio al cliente. Mi esposa embarazada de mi hijo y yo nos alojamos en una habitación para no fumadores durante el fin de semana de Semana Santa. Le informé a la recepción que nuestro baño olía a humo de cigarrillo. Esto se debió a que alguien fumaba en su habitación y viajaba a través de los conductos de ventilación. La señora de la recepción dijo que se ocuparía de ello. No pudieron localizar al perpetrador y el olor de mi baño se hizo cada vez más fuerte, lo que lo hizo muy incómodo de usar y peligroso para mi niño pequeño y mi esposa embarazada. Terminamos haciendo el check out antes de lo esperado debido a este gran inconveniente. El recepcionista del hotel me llamó después de mi salida y me dijo que enviarían un reembolso por mi estadía. Le dije la cantidad de puntos que gasté en esa estadía y ella dijo que esperara que los puntos se acreditaran en mi cuenta esa noche. Eso fue abril. Ahora es junio y no se reembolsó nada. Total decepción e insatisfactorio en el personal de este hotel.”
