“It was a really bad experience. I was quoted a price on the phone but when I got to the hotel it was completely different price. I asked for an ocean view but I only received a partial ocean view and I was specifically did I want a whole ocean view or partial. I was on the phone with customer service for over an hour and nothing was resolved. I asked a manager to listen to the phone recording and said he would and would call me back in a hour and never called back.”

“Nosso quarto de frente para o mar estava imundo. • A cuba estava rachada com mofo na rachadura. • as cadeiras da cozinha cobertas de sujeira. • os jatos na banheira em que você deveria tomar banho estavam cobertos de bactérias pretas. • os pisos obviamente não foram devidamente limpos • os corredores fediam ao que cheirava a tapetes pegajosos e camadas de sujeira. • as máquinas de gelo estavam fora de ordem, embora a senhora da recepção disse que estavam trabalhando. SIM, perdemos 30 minutos da nossa manhã durante as férias, indo a todos os andares à procura de gelo. • A piscina parecia nublado todos os dias e era muito pequeno para o tamanho do hotel. Pagamos muito dinheiro e me senti como se estivesse em um Super 8 de 1988. Parece “luxuoso” pelas fotos e de longe, mas se você prestar atenção nos detalhes como eu, verá que não é.
