“Nós pensamos que estávamos recebendo uma suíte com vista para o mar. Fomos colocados no canto mais distante do hotel e não podemos ver o mar. este não deve ser vendido como vista para o mar. Todas as outras varandas são tituladas e viradas para o mar. A varanda no final não é inclinada e você não pode ver o mar. A recepção não ajudaria nosso problema. Pergunte ao gerente. Nenhum apareceu até 45 minutos depois. Liguei para o atendimento ao cliente e consegui alguém no telefone antes que eu pudesse falar com alguém no hotel. O que é muito triste. Em vez de assumir a culpa e ajudar o cliente, eles apenas reclamaram da falta de funcionários, o que não é o problema do cliente e que eles não podiam me ajudar. Isso são os Hiltons por não contratarem o hotel adequadamente. Hilton precisa dar uma olhada na suíte 1421A e tirar isso como vista para o mar. Sem mencionar que você tem que lidar com aviões voando sobre o hotel a noite toda, o que dificulta o sono. A localização é boa, mas o hotel você pode dizer está em declínio e eles não têm a equipe adequada para ajudar os clientes. “Great place to stay - very clean, convenient, in a nice area fo town, comfortable beach (not crowded). The adult pool and hot tub area are very nice for us parents of older children. The staff was friendly and helpful. They were very accommodating and kind to our service dog.
Be aware that a second car (even if your condo sleeps 6) is charged a daily parking fee. That was not a welcomed change, but I would still go back in a heartbeat.”
