“OUTSTANDING EXPERIENCE in every way! EXTRA SPECIAL RECOGNITION GOES TO "CLARENCE F" at the front desk.I stayed at The Burgundy for two nights.My extended family (from Europe to California) and I had many rooms, because my almost 99-year-old Uncle Fred died and we were all in Little Rock for his funeral and burial. I had the honor to deliver a speech about my Uncle Fred.However, I kept editing it up to the last minute.Clarence assisted me more than once in printing a hard copy of what I kept thinking was the final version of my speech.He was always happy to help me, while anyone else would have been annoyed.After I delivered my speech and returned to the hotel, Clarence immediately asked how it went.My sister told him I did great!Clarence was genuinely happy for me and gave my sister and me each a snack of our choice to celebrate!Clarence is a super duper nice guy!Being at the front desk of the hotel is a perfect place for him!Many thanks for a very nice stay, despite the fact we were there for a funeral! ¡EXPERIENCIA EXTRAORDINARIA en todos los sentidos! EL RECONOCIMIENTO EXTRA ESPECIAL ES PARA "CLARENCE F" en la recepción.Me alojé en The Burgundy por dos noches. Mi familia extendida (desde Europa hasta California) y yo teníamos muchas habitaciones, porque mi tío Fred, de casi 99 años, murió y todos estábamos en Little Rock para su funeral y entierro. “Hotel is clean and very nice. Why a 3 Star? Hot water to shower was fine. The bathroom sink had literally NO HOT WATER. Makes a nice shave a pain in the morning. The valves are visible. I turned off the cold water and the water stopped. I tried to adjust the hot water valve in both directions. Nothing! This means they do not have hot water going to the room. It may have just been room 217 but I suspect it is not. Informed front desk. They had no idea why. I do. It is likely a franchise with an owner cutting corners for profit. BOO!”
