OUTSTANDING EXPERIENCE in every way! EXTRA SPECIAL RECOGNITION GOES TO "CLARENCE F" at the front desk.I stayed at The Burgundy for two nights.My extended family (from Europe to California) and I had many rooms, because my almost 99-year-old Uncle Fred died and we were all in Little Rock for his funeral and burial. I had the honor to deliver a speech about my Uncle Fred.However, I kept editing it up to the last minute.Clarence assisted me more than once in printing a hard copy of what I kept thinking was the final version of my speech.He was always happy to help me, while anyone else would have been annoyed.After I delivered my speech and returned to the hotel, Clarence immediately asked how it went.My sister told him I did great!Clarence was genuinely happy for me and gave my sister and me each a snack of our choice to celebrate!Clarence is a super duper nice guy!Being at the front desk of the hotel is a perfect place for him!Many thanks for a very nice stay, despite the fact we were there for a funeral! Minha família estendida (da Europa à Califórnia) e eu tínhamos muitos quartos, porque meu tio Fred, de quase 99 anos, morreu e estávamos todos em Little Rock para seu funeral e enterro. The hotel itself is newly renovated. Our two queen suite was spacious with two TVs.My biggest complaint is the air conditioning. The wall unit was 6 inches from one of the queen beds, which meant that the cool air blasted intermittently on the sleepers in that bed, waking them up all night. I’ve traveled extensively and was in Little Rock to enjoy time with my wife.We loved this place.This unique, quite and small hotel by Hilton hit the mark.Mix of contemporary, southern charm.The staff were very friendly and helpful.At night we enjoyed the romantic fire on the patio by the pool.Location is good.Unique, upper tier restaurant on site.Cleaner than all other Hiltons I’ve stayed in.We actually saw a staff member dusting the lamp shades.Thanks for the great stay.Highly recommended. Viajei bastante e estive em Little Rock para aproveitar o tempo com minha esposa. Nós amamos este lugar. Este hotel único, tranquilo e pequeno da Hilton atingiu a marca. Hotel is clean and very nice. Why a 3 Star? Hot water to shower was fine. The bathroom sink had literally NO HOT WATER. Makes a nice shave a pain in the morning. The valves are visible. I turned off the cold water and the water stopped. I tried to adjust the hot water valve in both directions. Nothing! This means they do not have hot water going to the room. It may have just been room 217 but I suspect it is not. Informed front desk. They had no idea why. I do. It is likely a franchise with an owner cutting corners for profit. BOO! Hotel é limpo e muito bom. Por que um 3 estrelas? Água quente para tomar banho era bom. A pia do banheiro tinha literalmente SEM ÁGUA QUENTE. Faz um bom barbear uma dor pela manhã. As válvulas são visíveis. Desliguei a água fria e a água parou. Tentei ajustar a válvula de água quente em ambas as direções. Nada! Isso significa que eles não têm água quente indo para o quarto. He viajado mucho y estuve en Little Rock para disfrutar del tiempo con mi esposa. Nos encantó este lugar. Este exclusivo, tranquilo y pequeño hotel de Hilton dio en el blanco. Mezcla de encanto sureño contemporáneo. El personal era muy amable y servicial. Por la noche disfrutamos de la romántica fogata en el patio junto a la piscina. La ubicación es buena. Restaurante único de nivel superior en el lugar. Más limpio que todos los otros Hilton en los que me he alojado. Sufficient free parking, super friendly staff, clean comfortable mattresses and bed, clean bathroom and towels, nice suite although I don't really care for a suite, Table 28 their inhouse restaurant is awesome - try their coconut milk and braised oxtail. The internal and external ambience are pleasant and non official looking. The nearbyfree gym access is great but you need to drive to it. Taj Mahal, best Indian restaurant in LR, is right across the street and Petit and Keet one of the best cosmopolitan American restaurants in LR is just by the side of Taj Mahal. All in all this is a lovely place to stay if you are visiting on business or for fun. Melhor valor para seu dinheiro. Estacionamento gratuito suficiente, funcionários super simpáticos, colchões e cama limpos e confortáveis, banheiro e toalhas limpos, suíte agradável, embora eu realmente não me importe com uma suíte, Mesa 28, o restaurante interno é incrível - experimente o leite de coco e rabada refogada. Everything was amazing. The only thing was that the food selection was not my cup of tea, so to speak. That's just my opinion and taste buds, I think if they would of had some more just like regular food instead of roasted octopus.. etc.. although breakfast was beyond amazing. Rooms pool cleanliness etc.. all of it was incredible. The staff always went above and beyond. Thank you to everyone that works here. Tudo foi incrível. Amo este local. Eu sou um viajante frequente que sempre fica no Hilton. O Burgundy Hotel tem quartos muito agradáveis e limpos. A estadia foi incrível e todos foram simpáticos. Devido ao incrível aplicativo de Hilton, não precisei falar com ninguém ao mesmo tempo. Se você está procurando um bom hotel com preços não tão ruins em minha opinião, escolha este local.

Amo esta ubicación. Soy un viajero muy frecuente que se queda en Hilton todo el tiempo. El Burgundy Hotel tiene habitaciones muy bonitas y limpias. La estancia fue increíble y todos fueron amables. Love this location. I’m a really frequent traveler who stays at Hilton every time. The Burgundy Hotel has very nice and clean rooms. The stay was amazing and everyone was friendly. Due to Hilton’s amazing app I didn’t need to speak to anyone at the same time. If you are looking for a nice hotel with not so bad pricing in my opinion, go with this location.

Beautiful upscale boutique property; around 50 rooms. Staff is attentive, personable and accommodating. Upscale modern decor and amenities. Stayed in a 2 room Presidential Suite. Newly renovated. Very nice staff. I would definitely stay here again!!

Em primeiro lugar, é uma propriedade bem mantida !!!!! Fiquei agradavelmente impressionado com o quarto e os jardins, mas a verdadeira razão para a minha revisão de 5 estrelas são os funcionários !!!!! Tivemos o prazer de fazer o check-in pela Srta. Chanelle, que foi um exemplo absolutamente brilhante da verdadeira hospitalidade sulista !!!!!! Toda a equipe foi verdadeiramente acolhedora e adorável !!!! O café da manhã era de qualidade de restaurante e a senhorita Brenda definitivamente fazia suas coisas naquela cozinha !!!!! Não hesitaremos em ficar aqui novamente !!!!

First it is a beautifully maintained property!!!!! I was pleasantly impressed by the room and the grounds but the real reason for my 5 star review is the employees!!!!! We had the pleasure of being checked in by miss chanelle who was absolutely a shinning example of true southern hospitality!!!!!! The whole staff was truly just welcoming and lovely!!!! Breakfast in the morning was restaurant quality and miss Brenda definitely did her thing in that kitchen!!!!! We will not hesitate to stay here again!!!!

Tive uma experiência maravilhosa aqui. O quarto era incrível e limpo. Afundado em uma banheira de hidromassagem. Móveis de design Art Déco. Chuveiro enorme. Amei. Também há um restaurante de primeira classe no local. Foi fenomenal. Vim aqui para um aniversário, mas voltaria para qualquer ocasião.

Tuve una experiencia maravillosa aquí. La habitación era increíble y estaba limpia. Hundido en jacuzzi. Mobiliario de diseño art deco. Ducha enorme. Me encantó. También hay un restaurante de primera clase en el lugar. Fue fenomenal. Vine aquí para celebrar un aniversario, pero volvería en cualquier ocasión.

Had a wonderful experience here. The room was awesome, and clean. Sunk in hot tub. Art deco designed furniture. Huge shower. Loved it. Also there is a first class restaurant on location. It was phenomenal. Came here for an anniversary but would come back for any occasion.

Este foi o último hotel da nossa viagem e foi fantástico! Estávamos exaustos de tanto dirigir e nos hospedamos para encontrar um quarto limpo e arejado, um ótimo serviço e comodidades adoráveis. A partir do momento em que entramos, o pessoal foi muito acolhedor e nos sentimos muito mais confortáveis. Estávamos longe de casa por mais de uma semana e tivemos a melhor noite de sono de toda a viagem neste hotel.

Este fue el último hotel de nuestro viaje por carretera y ¡fue fantástico! Estábamos agotados por todo el viaje y nos registramos para encontrar una habitación limpia y aireada, un gran servicio y comodidades encantadoras. This was the last hotel on our road trip and it was fantastic! We were exhausted from all the driving and checked in to find a clean and airy room, great service, and lovely amenities. From the moment we walked in, the staff was very welcoming and we felt much more comfortable. We were away from home for over a week at that point and had the best night's sleep of the whole trip at this hotel.
