“Pros: beautiful lobby. Convenient location to airport. Compliment shuttle, and it even ran VERY early (4am) for us. Comfortable pillows. Cool elevators. Updated decor in rooms. Typical hotel room.
Cons: Very slow check in service. Watched a line of 13 people wait for help, and still only 2 check in staff helped even though the counter had more stations possible. Hotel is older, you can tell, with low ceilings in the rooms, doors SUPER creaky, to the point of being obnoxious. Only gave body wash and shampoo for complimentary toiletries. No soap for even washing hands. Room was exceptionally hot, and air did not cool it down. Had to troubleshoot thermostat problem ourselves. Beds were only doubles, so very tiny for 2 people in today's standards. Room attendant helped my married kids with their luggage, but when they didn't have cash to tip, he hassled my husband and I to pay, who didn't use him at all. Felt pressured. Didn't like that, even though my kids should have tipped him. Needed concierge service, but no one was there for a good 10-15 minutes of waiting, and no other staff stopped to see what we needed. Would not stay there again unless absolutely necessary for the location to the airport and free shuttle.”
