“Ubicado en el entorno del LAX. Es un hotel con modernas instalaciones. Habitaciones muy amplias y cómodas. Tiene hasta una pequeña piscina. Es cierto que la ubicación no es la más céntrica pero perfecta si viajas desde/hasta el LAX.”

“Visited as a Hilton Honors member in May 2022. Had stayed twice before and was satisfied but this time it was a big downgrade. Very disappointed to the point I have decided not to stay there in the future. Biggest complaint is the shuttle service is a complete joke. Waited at the designated place for pickup over an hour and never saw a Hilton shuttle. Several other hotel shuttles came by multiple times while I waited. Called the hotel twice and was assured the shuttle would be there. Other hotels have their own branded buses but this hotel tries to save money by contracting out the service so you only see (if your lucky) a white bus. In desperation I took a Fox rental car shuttle which I knew would drop me off a few blocks from the hotel. Then I walked the rest. Said room upgrades were available but when I got there was told none were available. Got put in a shabby looking room that clearly needed renovation. No more Hilton LAX for me.”
