“The check in process is horrible if you get there right at check in. You can expect to wait over a hour. We had a few issues with some of the staff of the mask mandate.They were rude and very unprofessionalbecause the mask wasnt covering the nose. But yet there would be groups of people not wearing any mask and nothing would be said. The overall experience here was good tho. They did accommodatethe need for a lower level room because someone in our group doesn't like heights. This was such a relief! I would stay here again”

“I'm from California and couldn't get over the amount of cigarette smoke that permeated every bit of clothes and gave me a headache even with a mask. Even staying on the smoke free floor didn't help with second hand smoke. Fairly kid friendly with arcade and pool being a hit. Make sure to bring snacks because otherwise you'll spend an easy hundred just in snacks if you have kids.”
