Came here with family for moms birthday
Customer service was on point when we checked in we booked a room with river view
When we got to our room the fiver was not visible right above the pool so I went to front desk and they helped me and gave me another room. This goes to show there customers service is on point. Room was spotless. One thing that they missed is I requested something for my mothers birthday every hotel does something for customers birthday but they must have forgot but that’s not a problem everything else covered this up. Would recommend this hotel to anyone”
