Deixa MUITO a desejar!Serviço antipático (tanto no frontdesk quanto no restaurante do café da manhã). Quanto ao quarto, as camas de casal são pequenas, com travesseirosaltos demais e colchões de péssima qualidade. Não possui cafeteira e o chuveiro transfere barulho para dentro do quarto.O café da manhã é complicado e confuso, principalmente em relação à apresentação dos itens. Existem duas opções (American e Continental) no mesmo local, dispostas lado a lado. Itens básicos do cardápio de breakfast americano, como ovos mexidos por exemplo, servidos na maioria dos hotéis 4 e 5 estrelas, só são oferecidos no café American, ao custo de $25. Nem queijo disponibilizam. Os garçons são atrapalhados e a recepcionista nunca está na porta.Piscina agradável, localização boa e estacionamento caro ($39). A entrada do hotel vive cheia devido ao restaurante Zuma, dificultando o trânsito dos hóspedes, especialmente à noite.Não me hospedarei novamente. Uma decepção.

O Wi-Fi mereceria 10 estrelas, excepcional. Localização interessante se você vai fazer outras coisas no Centro, perto de um shopping super chique e caro, o Brickwell City Centre. Bom apartamento, banheiro super interessante, vista linda. Não consegui comer nos restaurantes, pelo tempo de espera superior a duas horas (!!!). O café da manhã não vale a pena, decepcionante. Serviço de quarto atencioso, com ótima variedade e bom atendimento.

Wow! Fancy, definitely Bougie for my blood. If you ever want to experience the finer things in life what a great place to do it. The room, amazing! The views, amazing. The staff, amazing. Though I was in HD shirt and boots, and a little undressed. No one treated us any different. What a great experience! Austin (lawyer and another lawyer Dan (I think)we had great conversation with these young men! Good luck to you both with your careers.

Room is nice. Location is excellent. Staff is very hospitable.Close to yacht pick up, grocery amd convenient store.My only concern is the traffic circle the hotel sits in.Solution, call an Uber.

LOVED IT Came here with family for moms birthday Customer service was on point when we checked in we booked a room with river view When we got to our room the fiver was not visible right above the pool so I went to front desk and they helped me and gave me another room. This goes to show there customers service is on point. Room was spotless. One thing that they missed is I requested something for my mothers birthday every hotel does something for customers birthday but they must have forgot but that’s not a problem everything else covered this up. Would recommend this hotel to anyone

My stay was great.I spent half of my stay at the hotel with my boyfriend to cut out the routine and relax for a day.until my bad luck I forgot my bathroom bra in the room.I live 10 minutes from the hotel and if supposedly the cleaning service returns or does not take what does not belong to them, in this case it is not mine.That is why I recommend that you do not forget anything at all.because it is already "lost".Call to see what possibility there is but clearly."there is nothing" .Unfair of me because it belonged to someone else and leaves something to be desired for future guests to stay.So now you know, don't forget anything!You wanted to have a relaxed lunch at the restaurant by the pool and they don't add service until 5pm.For which we had to walk 15 minutes to a restaurant outside the hotel since the idea was to have lunch inside and spend our half day relaxed, not going out and walking outside the hotel.the rest was clean tidy and modern room but my complaint is that forgotten belongings are not returned and become lost.Thank you very much but next time I will see what other better options are in the area.Mi estadía fue genial.Pasé la mitad de mi estadía en el hotel con mi novio para cortar la rutina y relajarme por un día.hasta que mi mala suerte olvidé mi sujetador de baño en la habitación.Vivo a 10 minutos del hotel y si supuestamente el servicio de limpieza regresa o no toma lo que no les pertenece, en este caso no es mío.Por eso te recomiendo que no te olvides de nada en absoluto.porque ya está "perdido".Llame para ver qué posibilidad hay pero claramente."no hay nada" .Injusto de mi parte porque perteneció a otra persona y deja algo que desear para que los futuros huéspedes se queden.Así que ahora lo sabes, ¡no olvides nada!Querías tener un almuerzo relajado en el restaurante junto a la piscina y no agregan servicio hasta las 5 pm.Para lo cual tuvimos que caminar 15 minutos hasta un restaurante fuera del hotel ya que la idea era almorzar dentro y pasar nuestro medio día relajados, no salir y caminar fuera del hotel.el resto era habitación limpia, ordenada y moderna, pero mi queja es que las pertenencias olvidadas no se devuelven y se pierden.Muchas gracias pero la próxima vez veré qué otras opciones mejores hay en la zona.

I stayed here for 2 days while visiting Miami with my fiance and was excited to see how close it was to things. Easy walking distance to the Brickell area and a nearby park. The hotel is pretty and modern with all their amenities on one floor. The on-site food is good with pretty views from one of the restaurants. They offer free coffee in the morning as well as wine for happy hour each day as well. The room is good with a balcony, a few spots could have been cleaned better but overall still good! I'd recommend a stay!

Me and my family stayed for 4 days and it was such a great hotel. They offer free wine to you from 3-5 I think it was which was amazing. The pool was very nice and the view from the room is also very nice. The rooms were always cleaned by house keeping and the rooms look so fancy and nice. Anything you forgot to bring with you the front desk would have! I forgot my razor and they had one for me. Very nice hotel, has lots to do and is beautiful.

Reserved months in advance. At, check-in, I, found out there was a $450 incidental fee held on your credit card. Now, I familiar with hold fees, normally up to $100 and any incidentals billed to room and charged to you at Check-out. But, $450, guest were not happy with this amount being held on their credit cards at the onset of their stay. That, was some guest spending budget or close to it. I, was there for only 2 day to attend a wedding, and it didn't stress me financially but that's a figure that should be disclosed to guest at time of reservation, so that everyone is given an opportunity decide if it's within there budget before they reach the front desk.Staff needs to pay better attention to detail, ordered breakfast from room service (English Muffin, Fruit plate, bacon and coffee and 2 cups water) - $65.00. When, I received my breakfast the silverware was wrapped in a napkin with dried on food stuck to it. (Picture Attached)When I got room service they had the nerve to ask if I wanted a new napkin.Yeah, ya think! Room could have been cleaned better. For money they charge, they gotta do better

Beautiful hotel!! They thought of everything...down to the yoga mat in the room. My room view was amazing. The room service was excellent. The hotel is a bit pricey, but I wouldn't expect anything less in this area. They are doing some construction right next door... so the view is somewhat obstructed by the cranes. But beautiful nonetheless.

Absolutely love this hotel!! We had a suite with a balcony. Stayed on the thirty-fourth floor. Highest level I've stayed in a Hotel before. Beautiful view of the sound, bridge, and city. We visited one of the restaurants in this hotel for supper and had one of the Best prime ribs I've ever eaten. Our first time in Miami. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Very nice hotel! Was a quick trip, so didn't get to use many amenities, but the breakfast was great! Bloody Mary was a bit bland, however. Donovan at the front desk was top-notch and very polite.

Nice hotel and good rooms. Most (not all) of the pool staff service was quite mediocre. I was waiting for my room and came to check out the facility finishing a small pastry when I was rudely stopped by this African american man that said “No outside food in the pool”. Not the welcoming you would expect. I respect rules but how would I know that! Maybe he should be trained to say instead: “Good Morning mam” “we’re so sorry but...” “I beg your pardon”....

If you call something EPIC it probably should be. But overall, this is a good hotel. Checked in early without an issue. They text you with a number you can text for service. Really good option. Rooms are nice but the design is a little funky and the beds are a little soft. Didn't love being woken up at almost 7 on a Saturday by hotel work crews with power tools.
