This hotel has gone down a bit in quality over the years I have stayed here. It is time to move on and find a new place to stay while visiting the area. I come here a lot and while the rooms are clean, I have noticed and overall dates feel and the beds need serious updating. Overall, not a bad place to stay but since the front desk manager left to another hotel in FL, the staff is not as helpful or outgoing as she was.

Rooms are so outdated! They needs some improvement, however bed is comfy and so are the pillows. I don't like the location because you are in the middle of nowhere and if you don't have a car you are extremely limited. Restaurant options are so limited and so is the breakfast "buffet". Service on the other hand is always good. It's like my third time staying here for business.

I have stayed at this hotel twice now... once last year and the other time was this past weekend. I had such a good stay here last year that I couldn't wait to come back. Well, things changed. Last year I would've given the hotel 5 stars. This year, 2 stars. The Good: - The hotel is located in a forested area with neaby trails that you can walk. - The lower level has a pool, hot tub, sauna, and fitness center. - Breakfast buffet had an alright price with good offerings. - Most guest rooms have a spacious sink area outside the bathroom. The Bad: - The cleanliness of the building took a major nosedive compared to last year. When I checked-in on Friday, there was garbage everywhere. Empty cups in waiting areas, litter on the floor, and there was a silver breakfast tray (from the previous visitor) that sat outside my room (601) for the entire weekend. You cannot tell me that no one from housekeeping noticed that tray sitting there for 48 hours. - Pool area might need a refurbishment soon. There was rust on the floor and mold on the walls and ceiling. (I know it's a pool area and it's going to eventually happen.) - There was a police investigation going on down the hall from where I was staying. - Noise can be so-so. Overall, would I stay here again? Maybe to a probably not.

Got a nice large room on the 10th floor. Had a nice view of??? Bed was comfortable but the bath was small and tight given the size of the room. Stately hotel from a long time ago. Nice location on the Northwest side and not close but not far to the airport either. Breakfast was in the adjoining restaurant but it wasn't open until 7.

Stayed here for free one night on an airline’s dime due to a missed connection at O’Hare. The location is dated boring suburban commercial/business park-like, and the hotel itself is a bit underwhelming. The service was great, however, and the room was clean. And probably best for we weary tourists who needed a few hours sleep between flights: The bed was really comfortable, and the bedding and bath linens and products were luxurious. It seemed to lack any late night room service — I might be wrong about that. Overall not super deluxe, but a pleasant experience.

The hotel room was spacious and comfortable. The shower could have been a little more clean..it's the details and I saw dirt in parts of the shower. The restaurant food was not good. Went down for breakfast and the food was dry, undercooked and not pleasing to the eye. Our waiter only charged us for 1 because we were not happy with any of the food. The food at the wedding we attended was also subpar. Hotel restaurant needs a face lift and better chef!!

We booked two months in advance for our anniversary trip and called the front desk to ensure we'd be able to get a whirlpool suite, as it was the only reason we wanted to stay at this hotel. Over the phone, the front desk told us our reservation was changed to the whirlpool suite. However, when we got there, all the whirlpool rooms were reserved and we were told our reservation was never changed to one. They apologized and said there wasn't anything they could do unfortunately. When we did go to our room, though, it was obvious that it was for a single person on a business trip and not made for the two people on our reservation. The bathroom was extremely small, the water pressure was quite weak, and the streams of the shower head were split in different directions so it was very awkward to shower. Not only that, but the door to the adjoining room had gaps in it and we could clearly hear the man having his work meetings in there and talking in his sleep at night. The TV wasn't a smart TV and needed an HDMI to my laptop to play what we wanted to watch. We decided to cut our stay here early and went to a Residence Inn which was less expensive, had a way better shower, a more comfortable bed, a smart TV, and more room. The amount we paid for the one night we did stay at this Hilton was ludicrous for how awful our stay was. I am very disappointed in this experience. The bed could have been better, but it wasn't horrible, and the staff was nice so I give it 2 stars. I am surprised at all the good reviews, though, as this is definitely not what I expected from a supposed 4-star hotel.

My rating is 5 stars but this isn't a 5 star property. It means that this property did all the necessary things in a hotel stay correctly. Room was very clean! The overall property was very clean. The bed was comfortable. The room A/C was quiet, much more quiet than other recent hotels that I have stayed. I can't fault this property for anything. I needed a convenient property that was reasonably priced. This Hilton filled that need.

Teria sido bom se eles tivessem me avisado com antecedência que eu passaria duas noites em um quarto com duas camas de casal, em vez de um quarto com uma cama king size que eu tinha reservado e que acabaria pagando. O buffet de café da manhã gratuito não compensou o desconforto de dormir em uma cama pequena demais para mim. Eu provavelmente teria olhado para outras opções de hotel se soubesse que isso iria acontecer. Não acho que seja muito esperar receber o que paguei.

It would have been nice if they had told me ahead of time that I would be spending two nights in a room with two double beds rather than a room with a king sized bed that I had reserved and would ultimately pay for. The free breakfast buffet did not make up for the discomfort of sleeping in a bed that was too small for me. I probably would have looked at other hotel options if I had known this was going to happen. I do not think it is too much to expect that I would receive what I had paid for.

This hotel is clean, quiet and comfortable! Service is friendly and fast. It was a great place to come back to for relaxing after long days of walking around the sites in Chicago. Pool area is a little small, but overall I'd highly recommend this hotel for a multi-day stay in the Chicago area.

Weâll, not the best Hilton brand stay. Checked in online and it took three trips to the front desk to get to and access the room. Rooms are aged and not being maintained; burnt out vanity lights...

Overpriced group events. Hilton charged us 50% more than what they were advertising online for the same nights. leaky toilet that took 2 requests and 2 days to fix $20 for a runny egg, inedible...
