“I stayed in the hotel for 8 nights first of all the location is perfect ,but unfortunately there are a lot of things need to be improved like:
1- while the check-in Reception’s employee was not really cooperated
2-I have written a few notes , non of them was done such as:
*I requested for smoking room and they provided me with non-smoking room.
*Also I requested two separate twin beds ,and they provided me with king bed (although I have booked my reservation a few weeks before the trip)
*I requested for sea view and the provided me with cemetery view !
3- rooms have weak Isolation always here a noice.
4-bathrooms have very bad smell
5- Housekeeping don’t really clean and arrange the rooms properly, towels were unclean , and they don’t provide basics needs like shampoo napkins.
6-safety box was always not working properly , we asked to fix it twice and they did solve the issue.
For me it was not a good experience I would not stay again,and I don’t recommend it.”

The staff are fantastic, from the check-in at reception to breakfast staff, housekeeping and bar staff. Lucky enough to use the executive lounge and Murat was welcoming and professional as always, nothing is to much trouble for him and always with a smile.”
