“I stayed in the hotel for 8 nights first of all the location is perfect ,but unfortunately there are a lot of things need to be improved like:
1- while the check-in Reception’s employee was not really cooperated
2-I have written a few notes , non of them was done such as:
*I requested for smoking room and they provided me with non-smoking room.
*Also I requested two separate twin beds ,and they provided me with king bed (although I have booked my reservation a few weeks before the trip)
*I requested for sea view and the provided me with cemetery view !
3- rooms have weak Isolation always here a noice.
4-bathrooms have very bad smell
5- Housekeeping don’t really clean and arrange the rooms properly, towels were unclean , and they don’t provide basics needs like shampoo napkins.
6-safety box was always not working properly , we asked to fix it twice and they did solve the issue.
For me it was not a good experience I would not stay again,and I don’t recommend it.”

“I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Marriott hotel in Sisli, Istanbul (Nov 2022), and was extremely impressed with the quality of the staff. From the moment I arrived at the hotel, I was greeted with a warm and friendly smile by the reception staff, who went out of their way to make sure that I had everything I needed. Throughout my stay, I found all of the hotel staff to be incredibly helpful and attentive, and they always went above and beyond to make sure that my experience was enjoyable.
The hotel itself is beautifully designed and well-maintained, with spacious and comfortable rooms that are equipped with all the amenities you could need. The hotel is located in a convenient and central location, and is within walking distance of many of the city's top attractions.
In addition to the exceptional service from the hotel staff, I was also impressed by the quality of the food at the hotel's restaurant. The menu offers a wide variety of delicious and beautifully presented dishes, and the breakfast buffet was also excellent, with a wide variety of options to suit different dietary preferences.
Overall, my experience at the Marriott hotel in Sisli, Istanbul was exceptional, and I would not hesitate to stay there again on future visits to the city. I highly recommend the Marriott hotel to anyone visiting Istanbul, and believe that the quality of the staff is a major reason why it stands out among the city's many hotels.”
