“It would have been a 4 star review had it not been for the I-will-give-you-an-attitude lady in the reception in the evening shift (19:40) on 12/6/22 (by the name Suhsma). We were out of drinkable water in our room, which was usually provided from the mini shop within the hotel, and the response we got was that tough luck, you can go buy in the department store or drink tap water. Lady, if I wanted to go to a department store I would have rented an Airbnb and not a room in a 4 star hotel. Bottom line, if you own a touristic company such as a hotel, make sure your employees respect the clients & are not a-class, rude, ironic, condescending individuals that make sure this client & their friends will never book any NH hotel for the foreseeable future.”
