We really enjoyed staying here. The quiet location is ideal. All the arrangements were excellent. Check in was very efficient, Staff were friendly, helpful and very professional. The room was spacious and well maintained. Breakfast was excellent with a great choice and suitable for every taste. We thoroughly recommend this hotel and would happily stay there again.

It would have been a 4 star review had it not been for the I-will-give-you-an-attitude lady in the reception in the evening shift (19:40) on 12/6/22 (by the name Suhsma). We were out of drinkable water in our room, which was usually provided from the mini shop within the hotel, and the response we got was that tough luck, you can go buy in the department store or drink tap water. Lady, if I wanted to go to a department store I would have rented an Airbnb and not a room in a 4 star hotel. Bottom line, if you own a touristic company such as a hotel, make sure your employees respect the clients & are not a-class, rude, ironic, condescending individuals that make sure this client & their friends will never book any NH hotel for the foreseeable future.

I recently stayed here. I have to say do not stay here if you are a young person I’d say the crowd in the hotel is of great contrast to the hustle and bustle of outsides square… we were guaranteed check in by 3pm but then got told 5pm when we arrived. I also have to add the “soundproofed” rooms label is also false. I was playing music very quietly around 7pm at night and got a noise complaint…ridiculous. In general the room and bathroom were nice and clean but I’d say it’s only nice enough just to sleep in

Maravilloso hotel céntrico con bar y hall decorados en estilo clásico, tiene servicios en la planta baja y dos ascensores. El hotel tiene 3 escalones pequeños en la entrada. La atención de todo el personal ha sido extraordinaria y magnífica. Las habitaciones son estupendas, con una limpieza abrumadora y unas vistas a la ciudad impresionantes. El desayuno tipo buffet continental es completísimo y está super bueno. Recomiendo este hotel a todo el mundo, yo repetiré sin dudarlo.

Very good location, normal room service, below average breakfast for 16€, and free WiFi that basically doesn't work. Dial-up internet that suffers you all the way to begin to bleed! (It is obvious that they intentionally throttle the bandwidth to make you pay 10€/day for it). Overall, the value is not worth the money.

Decent hotel we got a room on 6th floor could hear water running through pipes all night wasn't ideal but room was warm, had a great view and was clean. If booking request a room not on 6th floor in fear of getting room 204!

Hotel is beautiful and staff is absolutely great and make the whole experience just perfect… until you realize that the wifi is almost non functional… It does not work unless it’s past midnight or before 6am
Told the front desk and this is apparently known and only solution offered is 9.90€ for premium wifi

Hotel céntrico y ubicado en una zona con mucho ambiente nocturno. Las habitaciones son cómodas aunque algo ruidosas.El personal es muy agradable. Una pena que en cuatro días no limpiarán ni la habitación, ni vaciar las papeleras, ni hacer las camas ni cambio de sábanas y toallas. Eso no es por el medio ambiente, eso se llama ahorrar dinero en servicio y pagar lo mismo por las habitaciones.

Had a fantastic stay here for 3nights. Great location right in the heart of everything and the tram stop is just opposite the hotel so convenient. The staff were so nice and friendly from the minute we arrived at check in we felt so welcome. Our room was fabulous spotlessly clean,modern and cosy we had a balcony with a view right over the square. The breakfast buffet was also really nice no matter what you like they will have something for you I loved the pancakes and selection of hot food. I can't wait to stay here again next time we visit it was a great experience. I would highly recommend NH Schiller definitely a cut above the rest.

Perfecta ubicación para estar cerca de todo. No recomendable si quieres estar en una zona tranquila. La plaza donde se ubica está llena de terrazas, bares y coffee shops, por la noche hay mucho ambiente.El edificio es antiguo pero está muy bien cuidado y las habitaciones muy limpias y completas. En el baño hay de todo: crema de manos, gorro ducha mascarilla para el pelo, secador...El desayuno muy completo y rico.

Ubicación genial, la plaza tiene muchísimo ambiente y el tranvía en frente. Buen desayuno y cama muy comoda. Personal amable. Hay calienta agua y sobres para café o infusión. El secador es malo y el espaciodel baño para dejar las cosas es algo justo.

Si que es verdad que esta situado en un sitio céntrico..muy bonito el hotel en si..pero las habitaciones son viejas..no es lo que esperaba para el precio que pague...eramos 9 personas.. Tres habitaciones...dos camas..la tercera ..un plegatin..vergonzoso..un colchón muy fino..nos quejamos..de nada sirve....en el baño faltaban utensilios de baño..para tres personas y solo pudieron para dos..un desastre...nos quejamos y el chico de recepción nos decía que teníamos que pagar otra habitación.. La cara que se nos quedó..esa noche dormí con el colchón en el suelo.. Al dia siguiente hablamos con una persona de recepción.. Que hablaba español..gracias a dios..y cuando vio las fotos del colchón en el suelo..nos dio dos habitaciones y sin pagar nada..no se como se llama pero darle las gracias fue muy amable... ..

Muy buena localización, buen desayuno y trato. Los sofás cama para el tercer acompañante de 16 años, deben ser mejores. Tuvimos la mala suerte de coincidir en los dos días de mayor calor en toda la historia de Amsterdam y ,al no disponer de aire acondicionado, pasamos bastante calor en las habitaciones. Deben prepararse para el cambio climático.

Buen hotel por ubicación. Si es cierto k las habitaciones que dan a la plaza son algo ruidosas dado el ambiente que hay en la zona pero es un lujo tener el ambiente en la puerta . El desayuno bufete esta muy bien tienes un poco de todo . Las habitaciones son un tanto antiguas pero están bien. Pero lo recomiendo por ubicación y trato del personal

La ubicación es muy buena, céntrico. A pesar de estar en una plaza con mucha marcha nocturna y muy ruidosa, las habitaciones están bien aisladas y se duerme sin casi ningún ruido (y eso que la mía estaba orientada hacía la plaza. El personal del hotel es muy atento en todo momento. El desayuno muy bueno (fantásticos huevos fritos con bacon). La cama también muy buena. Su única pega es que las habitaciones son pequeñas, baños pequeños y armario también pequeño. De todas maneras esto es Amsterdam y ya se sabe como son los hoteles aquí. No es un hotel como los que estamos acostumbrados en España por ese precio, pero plenamente recomendable en Amsterdam.
