“If you accidentally leave something in your room, don’t plan on getting it back. Customer service has room for improvement. My family and I were stuck in Cheyenne this past weekend due to road closures. We decided to stay here. We were here for two days and our stay was fine. We checked out Sunday morning and got 3 hours north of Cheyenne when we realized that we forgot our 8 year old daughter’s blanket (a blanket that she has slept with most of her life). As soon as I realized we left it behind, I called. The lady took my name and number but never called back. I called the following day and the desk clerk checked lost and found for it but it wasn’t there. She said that she would check with housekeeping and call me back. Again never heard back so I called the following day. They again took my name and number and said they would check with housekeeping. Never called back so I called and asked for a manager. I was sent to voicemail so I left her a voicemail. Never heard back so I called 2 days later and left her another voicemail. Still haven’t heard back. My father in law called and was somehow able to speak with the gm and was advised it was no longer there. As such, we are either being lied to or they threw it away. I even told them I would make the 7 hour drive to pick it up if they would just hold it for me. Not impressed.”

Minha família e eu ficamos presos em Cheyenne no fim de semana passado devido ao fechamento de estradas. Decidimos ficar aqui. Ficamos aqui por dois dias e nossa estadia foi boa. Fizemos o check-out no domingo de manhã e ficamos 3 horas ao norte de Cheyenne quando percebemos que esquecemos o cobertor da nossa filha de 8 anos (um cobertor com o qual ela dormiu a maior parte de sua vida). Assim que percebi que o deixamos para trás, liguei. A senhora pegou meu nome e número, mas nunca ligou de volta. Liguei no dia seguinte e o recepcionista verificou perdido e encontrado, mas não estava lá. Ela disse que iria verificar com a limpeza e me ligar de volta. Mais uma vez, nunca ouvi de volta, então liguei no dia seguinte. Eles novamente pegaram meu nome e número e disseram que iriam verificar com a limpeza. Nunca liguei de volta, então liguei e pedi um gerente. Fui enviado para o correio de voz, então deixei uma mensagem de voz para ela. Nunca ouvi de volta, então liguei 2 dias depois e deixei outra mensagem de voz. Ainda não teve retorno. Meu sogro ligou e de alguma forma conseguiu falar com o gm e foi avisado de que não estava mais lá. Como tal, estamos sendo enganados ou eles jogaram fora. Eu até disse a eles que faria a viagem de 7 horas para buscá-lo se eles o segurassem para mim. Não estou impressionado.”
