“A bit overwhelmed, when a large number guests arrived at the same time. I didn't see the e-mail about making check-in simpler until I had checked in and logged onto the free WiFi. Very good rooms, great service, it took a bit of finding. The weekend was wet so we missed out on walking in the garden but the indoor pool was excellent. “I have visited the hotel on several occasions to help my bride/bridal party get ready for the big day! I recently visited (arrival at 6am) and was greeted by a lovely gentleman at the reception desk who very kindly offered to assist me with kit up to the suite. The area we were in was beautiful, lots of space and a great room for bridal morning preparations! The grounds of the hotel are stunning. I'm looking forward to returning soon :)”
